The Garden Flat is a single-storey cottage in the owners' grounds, on the edge of Saundersfoot, only a few minutes' walk from the beach and village amenities. The cottage has a double bedroom, a wet room, an open plan living area with kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and sitting area, and a sofa bed is in this room too. Outside is off road parking for one car, a decked patio and lawn with furniture and BBQ, and shared use of the owners' grounds. The Garden Flat is ideally placed for the coast, castles, boat trips, mills and more on offer in this lovely part of Wales.

A delightful detached Saundersfoot holiday cottage, lovingly created by the owner by converting the original garage to her home. Set in the owners' grounds, this Saundersfoot cottage has its own private garden area where you can sit, relax and soak up the wonderful garden with beautiful specimen trees. The open plan living area of this cottage in Saundersfoot has a very well presented fitted kitchen area with a small breakfast bar, a light and airy sitting area and a dining table. The double bedroom is another lovely room, with a large walk-in wardrobe area, a TV and iPod dock, so why not enjoy a morning cuppa in bed on your relaxing getaway? The spacious wet room has a rain shower and vanity unit. This wonderful Saundersfoot holiday cottage is perfectly presented for a couple to enjoy a romantic break. Perfectly located on the hill above the picturesque seaside village of Saundersfoot, you can stroll down the nearby footpath to reach the sandy beach within a few minutes. Alternatively, walk down the hill to the harbour and all this delightful village has to offer - good eating places, some directly accessing the beach, pubs, unique little gift shops and maybe book a boat trip too. You may wish to spend your complete holiday in Saundersfoot but that would be a shame as this scenic county has so much else to offer. Castles, mills, theme parks, a Welsh Zoo, coastal and countryside walks and cycle paths and an array of good golf courses are all on offer within an easy drive. Whatever you want from your Saundersfoot cottage holiday, this is a perfect base, all year round.
Saundersfoot is a lovely village on the Pembrokeshire Coast, offering beaches, a harbour and a host of amenities. The 186 mile Pembrokeshire Coastal Path starts nearby and is great for scenic walking, while Tenby is a few miles away with Blue Flag beaches and boat trips.

On my last day here today after spending a week here. Place was brilliant and only a short walk down into saundersfoot. Mind the walk back up is a killer. All in all and nice little place to stay.
The Garden Flat is beautifully located. The owner were very helpful and friendly. The grounds to the property were stunning. The Flat (although I would call it a Bungalow) was very comfortable and had simply everything to make a holiday pleasurable.
Enjoyed the garden flat and our host was very friendly and kind. It is in a fabulous location with beaches and country walks abundance.
A really nice place, just up the hill from the town, a short walk to the beach from where tide permitting we walked all the way to Wisemans Bridge.The flat itself was good, it was not overlooked by the house. Very comfortable with a nice view of the garden
It was an absolutely fabulous holiday and the accommodation was first class, everything about the Garden Flat was perfect! I have no complaints whatsoever and I have told my family and friends.
The owner was helpful and friendly. Gave us advise on where to go and what to visit. The area was very relaxing and Saunderfoot was a lovely town.
Fabulous accommodation, we couldn't have asked for better, 5 Star. We would definitely recommend The Garden Flat to friends and family and will go back there ourselves.
The Garden Flat was a perfect holiday home for my husband and myself. The accommodation was first class. The position of the flat was very good indeed and an excellent base for exploring the local area. We did not need to use the car, as the bus service to and from Tenby was very convenient, as were the local beaches. Saundersfoot had a good variety of shops and restaurants. There were also numerous signposted local walks. The owner was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. We would not hesitate in recommending The Garden Flat.
The property was only a couple of minutes walk away from the beach, and not much further to the town. I would definitely recommend this property.

The Garden Flat suited us perfectly. It had everything we need and is ideally situated. The owner is lovely and cannot do enough for you. This was our second time at the property and have already booked a third.
A beautifully appointed apartment,in a lovely location. Five minutes walk into the village and on to the beach. Stunningly beautiful views from the coastal footpath.
An excellent location for the harbour and beach with a very pleasant 15 minute walk to the centre of Saundersfoot. Very pleasant accommodation with a small patio and garden. The central heating was very efficient for cool evenings.
The access to a garden and decking area was brilliant especially as we had our little dog. The overall standard of the property was better than we had expected with modern décor and facilities. The off road parking was also a bonus as we didn't have to worry about the safety of the car. A great find and probably somewhere we would use again. A really good base to explore the area and a lovely place to return to after a full day and just relax on the decking with a glass of wine!
I would most definitely recommend this property. We have stayed in a few properties in and around the Saundersfoot area and ‘The Garden Flat’ is most definitely the best and suited our needs. Great shower, lovely comfortable furniture and everything we needed including a dishwasher in the kitchen. It was a pleasure to sit at the breakfast bar and look out over the garden with the sun pouring in. The owner gave us both and our dog a lovely welcome and we have already booked a return visit.
The Garden Flat was a lot bigger than expected. We both had a very relaxing holiday, loved the walks, the views and the beaches, overall excellent.
Lovely location, with so much to see in the area, walking distance to town. The flat was very comfortable with everything you need, a home from home.
Very modern, very clean but also very cozy. Ideal for the three of us. We wanted to book another week at beginning of August but property was fully booked to the end of September!
