This lovely Llangynog cottage provides spacious, light and airy accommodation with a wealth of character, making it perfect for a family holiday in this lovely part of Wales. This Llangynog cottage has many original features still in place, including beams, trusses and an attractive stone fireplace with a multi-fuel stove, helping to provide a cosy feel throughout. From your Llangynog cottage you can enjoy wonderful walking and mountain biking within the magnificent Tanat Valley and the surrounding mountains and hills, or travel a few miles to lakes Bala and Vyrnwy. The Snowdonia National Park is within easy reach as are the stunning sandy beaches of Cardigan Bay and NT castles and gardens throughout Mid Wales and Shropshire. In an area popular for climbing, walking, birdwatching and mountain biking, Llangynog village also has two pubs which serve food, making it a great base for relaxing after a day spent outdoors. Nearby are Lake Vyrnwy and Lake Bala, which both offer good fishing and watersports and make a good spot for a picnic. For those who fancy venturing further afield, the attractions of Mid and North Wales, and also Shropshire, await you.
