Basford View is an outstanding cottage and spotlessly clean.

This property was absolutely fabulous. I wanted areas to go fishing and the owner researched, left several sites and left directions as well as printed maps of the area.

We stayed at Basford View for a month in May and really enjoyed our holiday. The property was in a lovely location, very clean and the owner Paul was very helpful. The area is lovely for walking and only three miles from the main town of Leek. There are three pubs in walking distance offering good food and ale and a couple of shops and chemist nearby. The house contained everything we needed, with a lovely garden maintained by Paul and beautiful views looking towards the Peak district and Churnet valley. will definitely return soon.

A superb, modern property, which looks to have been recently refurbished. After arriving I felt this is somewhere I could live! Very nice views to front and rear, due to the elevation at which the house was set. Very convenient to access the Churnet Valley Railway and the Flint Mill in particular, but also countryside in general.
