A host of activities are available in the area including riding, walking, cycling, golf and fishing.

County Kerry is a mystical and unspoilt part of Ireland, with spectacular natural beauty and a fascinating history. Facing the Atlantic Ocean, it features many sandy beaches, rocky inlets and stunning peninsulas.

Reviews

We are just returning from a two week stay at the Lodge and want to express what a wonderful time we had. As nice as the cottage looks in the pictures it's even better in real life. The cottage and it's surrounding gardens are wonderful and located in the most perfect location. We wanted peace and quite which is exactly what we got but it's also perfectly located so major towns and all of the sights are only minutes away. The cottage was spotlessly clean and has everything you could need, a well equipped kitchen, plenty of books and music CDs to cover all tastes. Big log/turf fires as well as the central heating, very warm and cozy. Indeed the cottage felt very much like a real home rather than just a bland soul less holiday rental. John the owner is also great guy who made himself available if we needed anything. I recommend this cottage very high and would say anyone booking this will have a great holiday. We will be back again next year.

The welcome from the owner and his help with the area was very good. The house has all you need and the garden very safe for kids or a dog. For me the best part is the hill walking and the very scenic driving tours

The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a good holiday. There were lots of books to look at; it was like a home from home. We were a bit unlucky with the drizzly weather but the friendly cat on site made up for that. We were sorry to leave her at the end of the week.
