This is a beautiful cottage in a fantastic location. We had fantastic weather and were able to go on a lovely walk and visit to Lynmouth. We had a thoroughly enjoyable long weekend. We would definitely recommend.

A really lovely cottage which was finished to a high standard. There was plenty of room for eight of us and it had everything you could possibly need. It was very peaceful and the beds were comfortable. It is a great location if you want to go walking, with lots to do at a close distance by car.

Greenslades was a beautiful cottage with lots of room, good quality furnishings and equipment.

Greenslades was everything we could have hoped for and more. Very high quality accommodation. We had snow and very cold weather whilst we were there, but we stayed beautifully warm in the house. Very impressive. Lovely setting.

The standard of the accommodation was excellent, it was lovely to have quality towels and bed linen supplied. The location was ideal for exploring all parts of Exmoor and the village was able to supply all our local needs and one trip to Minehead satisfied the main shop. We all enjoyed our visit so much we have re-booked for the end of October.

This is a lovely property which is very well equipped and located. We slept amazingly well as it is so peaceful! We particularly liked the huge kitchen with the big table, it made a great gathering place with the log burner making it even cosier. The dark sky took our breath away. Highly recommended!

The house was absolutely lovely! Spotless, homely, great location and very well equipped. We were a party of very mixed ages and even "The Muvvers", who normally complain about everything, were full of praise! We will be back!

A fabulous cottage, so well equipped. It was great for us to be able to walk to the local pubs in the evening. Would love to return, but fear that such a lovely cottage will soon become fully booked (we will have to be more organised).

We have stayed in lots of lovely cottages through Sykes but this cottage was outstanding! The furnishings and décor were of a very high standard and everything we could wish for was provided. The cottage is in an excellent position for exploring Exmoor national park. We had a fantastic week here and I would not hesitate to recommend Greenslades.

We have stayed in a lot of lovely holiday cottages through Sykes and I can honestly say this was the best. The property could not be faulted in any way. It was in a really good central position for walking on Exmoor and it was furnished and equipped to a really high standard. The cottage was very spacious and the bathrooms and kitchen were excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this cottage.

A lovely cottage, furnished to a high standard with everything we needed in the kitchen. There was lots of space, even as a party of 8 we didn't feel on top of one another. My favourite room was the kitchen, spending evenings around the large kitchen table in front of the wood burning stove. It was a very quiet area, the only sound you could hear were the sheep in the field across the road. Would recommend this property if you want a quiet relaxing holiday.

The cottage was fantastic, it's the best we've stayed in. We loved being close to the moor but within the nice village of Exford.

We hired Greenslades for my hubby's 70th with all 8 of the family in attendance for the weekend. They were all amazed at the excellence of the property and everyone would like to come again. Please thank the owners!

Good private location and not over looked. An Excellent accommodation - great taste of decor, bed linen warm and nothing over looked. Very friendly locals, good pubs in walking distance, the added bonus was to be able to take my beloved Labrador who also enjoyed the stay as much as my sister and myself. Loved the bench at the top of garden for our G&T in the evenings.

The cottage was decorated to such a high standard it made the holiday very enjoyable and relaxing. The location was prefect for our relaxing weekend away from the hustle and bustle of Bristol. Couldn't have asked for anything more!
