Bolton Barn is a charming, detached, stone barn conversion situated on the outskirts of Lenham Heath near Ashford. The cottage can sleep two people in one double bedroom, and there's also one bathroom. There is also a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner-style electric stove and French doors leading outside. To the rear, there is an enclosed courtyard garden with furniture, and there is also off road parking for one car. Bolton Barn is a wonderful base for couples escaping everyday life and looking to explore Kent and the South of England. Note: This property does not have an Electric Car charge facility, the nearest charge point is within 3 miles at the local garage.

Lenham Heath is a small village in rural Kent with a selection of shops and pubs. The towns of Maidstone and Ashford are close by.
Kent is affectionately known as the Garden of England. Its history and heritage provide the region with a rich array of sightseeing possibilities, while the stunning choice of Blue Flag beaches offer the chance to enjoy the beautiful coastline.

Bolton Barn has all that you could hope for and more. It was near to everything that we wanted to visit.
Bolton Barn is everything a holiday cottage should be. It was cosy and welcoming and had everything you would need to make your stay stress free. Nothing had been forgotten, it was a proper home from home. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. Over the years I have stayed in many self catering cottages and this was by far the best. I will be spending more time at Bolton Barn in the future and can't wait for my next visit.
Had a fantastic break. The location is brilliant with lots of beautiful views and walks. The Barn is so comfortable with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The owners are friendly and there if you need them, but certainly not in the way!
This was a beautiful cottage with a lovely warm welcome and we will definitely be back for the Summer.
The location is very central to reaching all parts of the area - Canterbury, Ashford, Deal, Sandwich and Camber Sands. The welcome items such as milk, cake, coffee, tea and sugar was a really nice touch as it is difficult to find outlets open especially if you arrive late in the evening. The cottage was very dog friendly and our Greyhound enjoyed the treats and settled in really well.
Completely peaceful with beautiful surroundings. The cottage was done up to an excellent standard and our hosts had thought of everything people might need. It was absolutely delightful and we were sad to leave.
