Fort William situated on the banks of Loch Linnhe is the main town in the Western Highlands. The town offers a number of shops and pubs, plus the area offers walking opportunities, including one that takes you up to the top of Ben Nevis.
From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The cottage itself is immaculate, the garden and grounds very pretty. Our holiday time there a favourite memory of our 10 days in Scotland.
Very friendly landlady and location was perfect with stunning views
The site of the cottage was beautifully kept and had individuality and charm. We enjoyed the family atmosphere and seeing the chickens, ducks and geese in the small holding. Ben Nevis loomed gloriously above the cottage and took our breath away! We were minutes away from Neptune's Staircase on the Caledonian Canal and Banavie Railway Station. It was wonderful to see and hear the steam trains!
Cottage spacious, well equipped, quiet. Owner willing to help and kind.
This place is near to Fort William with all facilities, lake is within the walking distance. Maintained by family. There is a limited electricity cost covered after that you need to top up th e meter. Dogs were annoying on the site. But this is quite convenient place with good facilities inside.
We arrived much in need of rest and relaxation. Glen Pean itself was lovely, the gardens were beautiful, and the owners could not have been more helpful. The setting was glorious, and the relaxed approachable attitude of the owner put us all very much at ease and feeling at home straight away. We could not have hoped for a more chilled out, relaxed break away.
