We stayed in Beech Cottage over the February Half Term Holiday. We arrived late on Friday evening and were delighted to find the fire was lit, there was fresh milk in the fridge, and tea and coffee on the worktop in the kitchen, all we needed to do was boil the kettle! The fuel was included, the cottage was warm, clean and well equipped. We had a fantastic stay and would recommened the property to anyone wanting a quiet break.

Rated by A FlipKey verified reviewer reviewed on 15th April 2010

The holiday was lovely, the cottage was very comfortable and nicely laid out and in a lovely peaceful village but not too far from major towns. The weather was glorious which obviously helped!

Rated by Miss Winstanley reviewed on 29th March 2010

The area surrounding the cottage itself was beautiful with peace and tranquility. We were met by the owners who had already lit the fire and left us fresh milk in the fridge!
