Is a very nice property. Very homely and quiet, and off road parking is great. A good place to go touring from.

A most enjoyable week with good weather. All about Victoria Cottage and Marske was fine. Useful base for Tees Estuary, bird watching and for photographs of a rare industrial and post industrial landscape. All services within very easy walking distance. Would visit again.

This is the nicest property we've stayed in so far, my wife and I would happily live in it permanently. Enough said. The Village amenities and nearby beach are fantastic - we all (dogs included), had a great week despite the sometimes dodgy weather.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and local facilities. Lots of walks in the immediate area and the railway station is only five minutes away. Lots of eating places locally, offering real value for money. Thanks, we'll be booking Victoria Cottage again very soon!
