Bundoran is a coastal town in County Donegal, which offers an annual folk festival, shops, pubs, restaurants, golf course, adventure park and cliff walks. The town of Ballyshannon is only four miles away and is well worth visiting. There are many attractions in the area to keep everyone occupied.
The West of Ireland conjures up many images; thatched, whitewashed cottages, a flock of sheep on a narrow road, an emerald green field with a stone wall, or the Atlantic waves crashing into towering cliffs and rocky shores.
Lovely spacious, Cosy house with peat burning fire. Great location for exploring County Donegal and surrounding areas. Clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
Beautiful and immaculate home, spacious and very well presented. Excellent facilities (perfect for large families with small/young children). Lovely big open fire - great for cozy evenings ! Stunning location, very quiet and peaceful.
We had another brilliant stay at 17 Mountain Dale. I cannot recommend highly enough the atmosphere, cosiness and cleanliness of the house. The garden was great for our dogs and the amenities are excellent.
Liked the fireplace and the quietness surrounding the house. It was very useful to have all the booklets and leaflets about the North of Ireland that were in the house. A great experience, absolutely to be repeated.
Beautiful house. Well kept and very tidy. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.
We had an amazing time at this property, it had everything a family would need. I would say that you would definitely need a car as its quite a distance to town. Will be recommending to friends and family.
The property was in an excellent location, convenient to a shop for sundries, and also far enough away from town for peace and quiet. The house was impeccably clean and very comfortable, the beds in particular were of a very good standard and we had a lovely holiday. We will definitely be booking this property again.
We loved the house, it is in a good spot, close to the town centre, and the sea, and you did not have to travel to far to get to places. I would tell my friends about it, and will be booking again for next year.
This holiday was perfect, the rooms were clean and spacious and the house was homely and so welcoming. As we arrived late in the evening the fire was light for our arrival and was lovely and warm!
Its a perfectly acceptable modern cottage that is very clean. It is very handy for Bundoran and a good location for touring as it close to the Donegal - Sligo Road. The local pub is close and very friendly.
The house was in a location I knew well. The owners had a very nice family.
We received a great welcome from the owner on our arrival and she already had the peat fire burning for us. Unfortunately the weather wasnt the best while we were in Bundorran so this cosy house had everything we needed to still have a great holiday. a few days of sunshine took us to the beach at Mullaghmore and I would highly recommend a visit here. Bundorran town didnt have much to offer in the way of entertainment at this time of year but the Peak Restaurant was a definate highlight. The scenery though is wonderful and this is a great place to stay as a base to explore the surrounding areas of Donegal
