The proprietors made us very welcome and although living next door and always happy to answer our queries, afforded us our privacy. Their local knowledge was very good for our favourite pastimes of walking and eating out. Would definitely recommend this property to friends.
Liked the accommodation and the area. The apartment was great - full of character and very comfortable and cosy. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Was there during November and it was lovely and warm, and we could control the heating also which was very useful. The owners were great, friendly but respectful of your privacy. The WiFi was very useful. It was easy to get to loads of places and there was a bus stop right outside for those not wishing to use the car.
The Loft was very clean and well equipped with a lovely comfortable bed. We had a lovely peaceful holiday.
A great place to stay, it was very well located for the Wye Valley, Brecon Beacons and Hereford Area. The apartment was terrific and relaxing, offering views of fine sunsets from the lounge window. Will certainly recommend.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were made very welcome and were very comfortable.
This cottage is in a good location for walking and sightseeing. I would happily recommend it to others.
Quiet, relaxing place with good walks and lots to explore. Very good welcome from the owners with cake and wine to relax with on arrival.
5 stars from us - the owners were extremely welcoming and helpful, with very nice extras. Fantastic apartment - we'd recommend it to anyone.
The apartment was super and the surroundings beautiful. The owners and their family (including the animals) made us very welcome. It is one of the best apartments we have stayed in and we hope to make a return visit in the not to distant future.
The welcome was amazing! Both the owners were so friendly and helpful. The setting was fantastic. Very peaceful setting with friendly dogs as a bonus!
Nice property, well located just outside Hay. Owners very welcoming and helpful.
The accommodation was wonderful, matched by the welcome we received from the owner. Stargazer's Loft was spacious and comfortable and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
Very relaxing area. The landlords are very friendly and welcoming. Surrounding countryside is lovely, and full of different walks. Accommodation is perfect for two people with a very comfortable bed, and large rooms.
Small, but perfectly formed, Stargazer's Loft is well equipped and nicely furnished, with a very comfy bed. A generous welcome-pack was an unexpected bonus and kick-started what turned out to be a marvellous week's stay.
Had a wonderful holiday, very high quality accommodation - felt like staying in a luxury hotel! Spectacular countryside around, and loved the unspoilt feel of Hay on Wye, nice to visit a town without a Costa Coffeee or Starbucks in sight! Really friendly and helpful owners who tolerated a 4 year old straying into their 'private living areas' and lovely friendly animals around, particularly the lovely sausage dog.
Apart from the beautiful countryside and the quietness, the cosy accommodation and a very comfy bed. The owners and their animals were delightful.
Very high standard accommodation, well equipped, very clean, felt like a hotel rather than a rental property! Beautiful location, really nice and helpful owners.
