This immaculately-presented single-storey cottage is one of a group of four, located a short walk from the seafront in the West Norfolk seaside town of Hunstanton. This tastefully-furnished, traditional cottage is equipped to a high standard, with lovely oak beams, bright modern furnishings and a spacious open plan living area with comfy leather sofas, dining space and a fitted kitchen. Outside is a shared central courtyard with seating, suitable for relaxing with a morning coffee before you spend a busy day exploring this lovely part of Norfolk. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can be sitting on the beach or enjoying the funfair. Hunstanton town centre is within walking distance, with shops, tea rooms and a theatre with traditional shows. Spend a day visiting the Queen's estate at Sandringham or the RSPB sites at Titchwell and Snettisham. Explore the attractive north Norfolk coastline offering quaint former fishing villages, the attractive harbour of Wells-next-the-Sea, or Holkham Hall with wonderful grounds suitable for summer picnics. The coastal town of Hunstanton is set on the Western side he East Norfolk Coastline. The sea front with promenade funfair rides, a sea life sanctuary, bowls, golfing, a leisure centre, pitch-and-putt, Esplanade gardens, theatre, clean sandy beaches, donkey rides and sea tours in an amphibious craft. There is something for everyone. There are many other attractions close by including NT properties, market towns and villages.

Location Details
On the western side of the East Norfolk Coastline is the award-winning seaside community of Hunstanton, also known as Sunny Hunny, which is recognised for its breathtaking ocean sunsets. Hunstanton is a wonderful holiday resort for families. The seashore with promenade includes bowling, golfing, a leisure centre, pitch-and-putt, Esplanade Gardens, theatre, clean, sandy beaches, donkey rides, and sea tours in an amphibious vessel in addition to rock and candyfloss booths, funfair rides, a sealife sanctuary, bowling, golfing, and bowling. Numerous events are hosted throughout the year in the town, and on Sunday afternoons a band frequently plays at the bandstand on the green next to the beach, serenading visitors and sunbathers. You come across the vividly coloured cliff walls with intriguing rock pools as you go along the beach in the direction of Old Hunstanton. Along with kite and wind surfers, sunbathers frequent the beach at Old Hunstanton. A wide range of attractions, including NT properties, market towns, and flint villages, are located within a 20-mile radius and have plenty to offer every member of the family.
Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Stopped here for a week with a friend. It was ideal as there was separate bedrooms for us and plenty of space in the lounge area. Everywhere was clean and lots of things to make the stay easier for example a dishwasher, plenty of crockery,cutlery etc. There was also a washing machine if you chose to use it along with a washing line and pegs. It was quiet in our abode but neighbours said it was a little noisy some nights from the car park to the chip shop nearby. All in all I would definitely recommend this property and hopefully return again as there is are lots of places of interest to visit from here and what better place to stay than here.
It was ideally located near to the beach and was only a short walk into town. 5b Hideways is a lovely apartment which is spacious airy and clean.
This was a lovely cottage just right for our base and so many places within walking distance.
In close proximity to local areas of interest. Overall standard of the cottage was excellent - this was our second time. The owners were very friendly.
The property was beautifully presented, everything was scrupulously clean and it felt like home straight away.
Everything about the accommodation was absolutely fantastic! We could not have wanted anything more. It was situated very close to the beach and all of the amenities with Tesco being just across the road and Sainsbury's being only a short walk away. Considering how close it was to everything it was remarkably peaceful, especially in the shared courtyard where we spent most of our nights having a peaceful and relaxing drink as well as dining outside a few nights during our holiday. The owners were extremely helpful and very friendly and we found that nothing was ever too much for them. The one thing that we found a lovely touch was the welcome pack that we had when entering the accommodation which contained lots of lovely information about the local area as well as recommending restaurants and cafes. Also, there were a wide range of leaflets about attractions that were relatively local which was a very nice touch. Overall, our holiday was amazing and we would definitely recommend the accommodation to anyone who wants to explore this lovely area or simply wants a relaxing place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The cottage has eveything you need and very clean. We loved the high ceilings with oak beams. The cottage is 5 to 10 minutes to beach depending on your walking pace, the pub around the corner has a good selection of food and offers 2 for 1 meals. Tesco is nearby to stock up your kitchen. The cottage was an ideal base for our daily travels. We had a very enjoyable holiday and would like to thank the owners for being welcoming and friendly.
Very comfortable accommodation. It was very clean and tidy and tucked away in a nice location for access to the beach and town.
The property was handy for beach, cafe, super market and fair. In the shed were toys which the children loved and there was space to play

The position of the cottage was an excellent base for sightseeing the North coast of Norfolk. The cottage had high class quality of the furnishings. It was clean, and the layout was well thought out. Although there are four cottages on the complex there was no noise from neighbours and adequate parking.
Cottage was warm and cosy, and had a lovely welcoming rustic feel.
Very good location, the property was excellent. It was easy to get to, other facilities (supermarket etc) were very accessible. We would recommend this property to anyone considering a holiday in the area.
