A charming semi-detached cottage situated in the pretty village of Nettleham, just 4 miles from the city of Lincoln. This lovely Nettleham cottage is located alongside the beck which runs through the centre of the village and offers beautiful waterside walks, popular with artists and photographers. Your Nettleham cottage is located next to the owner's home and offers guests comfortable holiday accommodation, with a well-equipped galley kitchen, a dining area and a cosy sitting room. All living rooms have beamed ceilings, antique or reproduction furniture and a gas fire, great for chilly evenings. Outside your Lincolnshire holiday cottage, you can dine alfresco or just relax in the pretty cottage garden, or alternatively, take a five minute stroll into the village centre and visit one of the local pubs. There are many places to visit nearby including the cathedral city of Lincoln. A great Nettleham cottage and a perfect base from which to explore Lincolnshire. We will only allow the customers who have booked the cottage to go inside it - visitors will only be allowed in the garden.'

Home from home, perfectly set up and very restful. The owners cannot do enough to ensure you have a great holiday. The local shops all within a few minutes walk are really friendly and if you run out of books to read the newspaper shop has a selection, funds go to charity. Lincoln is only a few minutes by car, plenty of parking. All in all this was a beautiful holiday for us in a very pretty village, one we will return to.
This is a beautiful property with the beck outside. We walked along the beck everyday and saw mother ducks with babies. I can't recommend this property more highly, it had everything we needed and more.

The cottage was extremely comfortable, quiet and well-furnished, it left nothing to be desired.
We had a lovely week in this immaculate and very comfortable cottage. It had everything you could need and is situated by a beck in a lovely village. A 5 minute stroll along the beck takes you to the village which has shops,Post Office, pubs, take-aways, a tea room and very friendly residents. Bus service into Lincoln was very useful and it is well located to tour the area too

The cottage was very comfortable, warm and well-supplied. The gas fire in the sitting room was very welcome in the evenings, as the weather was distinctly cool. The village is delightful and convenient for exploring the area.

Really enjoyed having the beck just outside the door, the ducks were lovely. The cottage was better than I expected and Nettleham is a really friendly village with lots of amenities. We were pleased and surprised to find a village tea shop and 3 pubs within a five minute walk of the cottage.
This cottage is in a lovely setting in a pretty village with all the amenities, but only 15 minutes on the local transport to Lincoln.

A lovely cottage presented to very high standard. Set in pretty village with good amenities and had a friendly, helpful owner. Top marks all round!
The property was of the highest standard, beautifully decorated , furnished and felt very homely. The garden was beautifully manicured. There were pubs within walking distance(5mns) along side a babbling beck. I can not praise Beckside enough. Perfection personified. One of the best properties we have ever been in.
The overall standard of the accommodation was very good. The hosts were efficient, friendly and close at hand without being intrusive.
The cottage was really lovely the owners have thought of everything people would need even some Christmas decorations were in place which was a nice touch. The pub nearby was friendly and Sunday lunch was excellent. The area where the cottage is situated is really quaint and Lincoln was nearby which the local bus service was convenient to use. I would recommend this cottage to friends.

A very comfortable property in an idyllic location beside a stream and close to village facilities. Has everything that you could possibly need during your stay. Very friendly and helpful owners provided an excellent service and we all thoroughly enjoyed everything to do with our stay.
