Reviews

The house had everything you could possibly need for a vacation. Spotlessly clean on arrival and very well presented. The property is within 15 mins walking of the town and the seafront of Llandudno, which in itself is well maintained and has a nice vibrant liveliness to it. There are nice views of Snowdonia from the house and there is a lovely conservatory/patio area for sunny days/evenings relaxing. We will definitely be returning in the future.

This was the 2nd time we have stayed in this cottage and we have already booked it for a 3rd time next year . It is well located near to several supermarkets and is near to the beach , it is roomy and comfortable and is ideal for a relaxing holiday for a family or a group of friends .

Location wise, this property is fantastic. The Promenade is a 15 minute walk & there are supermarkets & shops on the doorsteps. The actual property is spacious, well equipped (the only thing it didn't have was a hairdryer) & has a garden suitable for small dogs. The cleanliness could have been better, ie, some crockery was dirty from the last guests, the vacuum cleaner smelt 'doggy' & we found quite a few hairs on the bed linen. My partner did complain & the owner came to see us & was genuinely apologetic.

Found Dunromin to be a lovely property with a good sized garden for our dog to excerise in. The property was handy for all locations, 10 minutes to the promenade, Aldi shop at the end of the road and handy off street parking at front of property. However myself and my family were disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. We had to clean most of the property ourselves, Plates with dried on food, Microwave was black inside!. My Daughter even found hairs in her bed. After paying good money and reading such good reviews from other peoples visits I was very annoyed and disappointed. The cleaning lady Karen did inform us that a friend of hers was paid to clean Dunromin prior to our stay, and informed her that she had checked everything was clean?!.. Lets say we enjoyed our stay at the property ,but won't be staying again!.

This was our second visit to Dunromin and we again found it an excellent property. It was an easy walk into Llandudno and the property has everything you could need for a great holiday.

We have been a few times and quite frankly can't fault it. Already booked for sept.

A lovely cottage near to the town centre. We have stayed in Llandudno at various places in the past and this was by far the best. The facilities were excellent, and the garden was nice to sit back in when the sun was out.

The property was very homely and comfortable, very clean. A lovely garden for the family and the pooch, good location for getting out and about.

This house was brilliant, perfect for our needs. We will definitely return. Everything you needed was at the house, it is also a lot bigger than it first appears. We all had a fun holiday in this lovely house.

This is a comfortable 'cottage' for 4 adults. It is fairly well appointed, has a comfortable main bed and a good downstairs shower (we didn't use the en-suite shower as it was so cramped for space). It is an excellent base to explore the many wonderful attractions of this part of the country. It was a little further out of town than we anticipated - about a 30 minute walk to the Great Orme. Reversing out onto a busy road could be tricky at times and, if you can get two cars off-road they must be very small. The semi-detached neighbours were very noisy during our week there, with constant banging during the evenings. However, I would describe this as irritating rather than annoying.

Just got back after a weeks stay at Dunromin. We had such a lovely time we have booked to go back in September 2016. Very relaxing and has everything you need. Great location. Love the fact it's dog friendly, the garden is lovely just to let future guests know if you are taking a very small dog they may be able to get through the gate as the gaps between the bars were big enough for our dog to get through but it wasn't a problem for us as I had already thought of that so we took something with us to block it off so we didn't have to worry. Can't wait to go back.

It was like home from home. It was close to all amenities, couldn't have asked for anything more. Well satisfied and our little dog loved it as well.

The bungalow was fabulous and really good base for a holiday, we really enjoyed our week there and would recommend it to anyone and will do.

Rated by Mrs Owens reviewed on 11th November 2014

It was close to the town centre, so we could walk from the property. It was nice & cosy and the heating was very efficient. We took our mother in law and she found the downstairs accommodation just right for her. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Rated by Mrs Porter reviewed on 11th November 2014

The house was ideally located and very comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing at the house and made good use of the conservatory in the evenings. We thought the house was very nice and equipped with everything we needed for our holiday.

Dunromin is a lovely cottage easy to find. The Links hotel can be seen clearly as you approach the road. Dunromin is on the opposite side of the road easy to find. The drive is easy to drive into from both sides of the road. The entrance hall is well appionted with a spacious hanging rail with plenty of room for outdoor shoes. To the right is a spacious, light airy lounge with a log burning stove which will be lovely when lit in cold weather. Opposit the front door is a smallish but well appionted kitchen. Across the kitchen is the door to a small hall with a light ariy bath/shower room to the left, a twin room opposite and a small lounge to the right. This room has a conservatory to the left and a spiral staircase opposite. Upstairs is a single bedroom and a double ensuite bedroom. Throuth the conservatory is a patio with a large table and chairs. Beyond a low brick wall is a graveled area with 2 large wooden sheds and a rotary laundry line. Beyond this is a metal fence with a lawn beyond complete with 6 very young trees. The house is close to a convenience shop and a shopping centre and also the town centre and beach. Nearby is a theatre with entertainers of the ilk of Ken Dodd.

Loved the location, could walk to town and the north shore easily and go the other way to the west shore. It had everything you could want in the property and more - a nice touch with the Yorkshire tea. Hoping to book this property again maybe next year.
