Wifi. Selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for wood burning stove included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Ample off road parking with the extra security of (licenced) CCTV. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only). Additional dogs may be accepted - please enquire beforehand. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 10 min walk. The front garden is enclosed and equipped with garden furniture. The property is situated on a working farm. Please Note: dogs must be kept under control and on the lead outside the property grounds. Please Note: The owners also have a very small camping field close by but this in no way detracts from cottages and its facilities and privacy is assured at all times. Please Note: Check in 4pm, check out 10am. Please Note: Pets are not allowed upstairs in this property.

Groeslon is a small village in Wales, with the county of Caernarfonshire. The village rests close to Penygroes which has access to a number of pubs, restaurants and a convenience store for picking up some last-minute essentials. You can choose to explore the beautiful Eryri Snowdonia National Park or venture towards the coast and spend an afternoon at one of its delightful sandy beaches.
