This is a beautiful house with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. It has plenty of room for families and stacks of books, toys, jigsaws, games and DVDs for rainy days. It was within walking distance to Filey and easy accessible for public transport. It was clean and cosy inside and with helpful owners. We look forward to visiting again in the future. Highly recommended.

We had a great few days at The Robins, celebrating New Year. A very warm, cosy house with everything we needed and more. The Playstation was a big hit with our 2 grandsons and the locality meant we never had to move the car. Would maybe like to come again in the summer. A good time was had by all.

Rated by Mr Jobe reviewed on 13th September 2014

An excellent playroom with toys, our 2 and a half year old granddaughter loved her seaside house. A very welcoming home, not just a holiday house. There was no need to use car as we walked to the beach and shops.

Rated by Mr Webber reviewed on 6th September 2014

Really lovely home...very homely and everything spotlessly clean. Flowers and chocolates were a nice touch. I would definitely stay there again. The second lounge/play room was great for us. The only downside is the garden, which is a small courtyard, but we knew that before we went. Barbeque items were provided and we managed to use them. Only a 5 minute walk to Tesco's and the town for strolling around the shops. And only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Was great not to have to use the car all the time.

We have just spent a week at this holiday cottage and it was superb, the owners were so helpful. The cottage was brilliant, clean and well equipped and central for Filey; shops, bus and train stations and the country park. We will definitely go back and would recommend this to anybody looking for a holiday.
