Reviews

The bungalow is spacious, and very well equipped to a high standard. Immaculately clean. Impressed by the stunning bathroom where you can have a soak whilst watching tv ! There's a pretty, sheltered garden which is not overlooked. , or if the weather is unkind, a chance to relax in the conservatory which had a view of the hills.Church Stretton is a ten minute walk away, and a great base to explore the area, or do some hill walking. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here.

The bungalow has EVERYTHING you could possinly want or need. Lovely outdoor area for barbecues and a conservatory for when the sun eventually goes down Bungalow built to very high spec and fitted out accordingly. Ten minute walk from the centre of Church Stretton with a variety of cafes, pubs and restaurants. In the heart of classic walking countryside This is a luxurious MUST place to stay

Lovely, clean, and, well presented bungalow. Nice garden with outstanding views of the Shropshire hills. Several National Trust properties within an hours drive. Some good pubs for a meal locally. I would certainly book Tregarthens again if visiting Church Stretton.

Tregarthens was a very nice property, in a lovely area, very quiet and serene.

We booked this bungalow as a fairly last minute walking base and were pleased we did. There were enough walks to do from the door to keep us busy all week. There was plenty of parking and the accommodation was warm and surprisingly spacious..

This is the best holiday property we have ever stayed in. Loved everything about it. We were so sad to leave.

Rated by Mrs Ripley reviewed on 13th December 2015

It was wonderfully quiet and peaceful and the scenery was stunning. The property felt spacious and was of an excellent standard. The photos and description didn't do it justice, we were very pleased.

This well equipped bungalow is ideally suited for touring/visiting/walking in the region. The views from the property were outstanding and we would like to return next year.

The bungalow was of very high standard and the area was great. Will try to visit again sometime.

My wife and I cannot praise the standard of the Tregarthens bungalow enough, it really was beyond our expectations. We could not find fault with anything. In all the years of renting holiday cottages, we have never been to a property where everything you wanted was there and to a very high standard.

Rated by Mr Howard reviewed on 9th July 2015

The accommodation was first class, especially the conservatory. The area was very pretty.

Rated by Mrs May reviewed on 24th May 2015

This bungalow was a real home from home, everything we needed and more was there. A comment was made during our stay of 'You could move in and live here'. How very true.

Rated by Mr Huxley reviewed on 15th March 2015

This holiday was a well needed break and I have never felt so relaxed than I did whilst staying in the cottage. It was lovely.

Rated by Miss Jones reviewed on 8th February 2015

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was warm, comfy & provided us with all that we needed. It's location was ideal with Carding Mill Valley on our doorstep for walks to blow the cobwebs away. The local towns are lovely & we enjoyed exploring them.

Rated by Mrs Wilkes reviewed on 30th November 2014

The bungalow was in a quiet location with spectacular views, but not to far from the town to get provisions or a hot meal at the pub. The property catered for all our needs. On arrival we were welcomed with a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. There were plenty of various leaflets in the property of where to go and what to visit, which was helpful if anyone hadn't researched the area beforehand.

Rated by Miss Hart reviewed on 26th September 2014

The site was very central for the places that we wanted to visit and we could not wish for a better cottage

Rated by Mr Needham reviewed on 14th September 2014

This bungalow offered all we could require. It was clean, warm, well equipped, even the telephone was included with the WiFi package. The patio could have a guard rail along some of its length, there is a drop at one corner. The front door doesn't open fully, it's difficult to carry wide cases through it. The ten minute walk to the town is actually quite steep and rough, in the wet weather we wore our walking boots. The bungalow is excellently located for walks, a bridleway passes the front garden.

Excellent accommodation with a homely feel. Comfortable, clean and well catered, the owners had thought of everything.

Excellent quality overall, handy reach of the town centre and in a peaceful setting. The house was extremely well thought out with everything that a holidaymaker could need.
