Shop and pub 10 mins walk.
A village packed with history and culture, just outside of York. Dunnington was the small village winner in the 2014 'Britain in Bloom'. The village offers shops and pubs, as well as the Fabric Gallery and a library. York sits 5 miles away, a city which has so much to offer with stunning buildings as well as some amazing history.
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
This is one of two cottages here and the only one with its own courtyard. The cottage is immaculate and spotless with the added bonus of a welcome pack of wine, milk, and scones/butter/jJam! It is ideally located close to York(use the park and ride) Pocklington is worth a visit and the York air Museum is just down the road. The owners are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
