We had a lovely week at this spotlessly clean, well thought out in it's design cottage situated in the owner's garden and with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We didn't meet the owners because they were on holiday but they had the courtesy to call us before our arrival to let us know they would not be there, informing us of our point of contact should there be any problems, which there weren't. We loved hearing the sound of the steam train regularly from Bressingham Steam Museum.
This cottage is a true gem. Very cosy and welcoming. The owners Ann and Terry made us feel really at home. We had a great holiday with plenty to do in Norfolk and Suffolk. We have already booked again.
We had a wonderful weeks stay. The owners were very friendly and helpful and around if needed. It was very quiet- set in a beautiful garden. We would definitely stay again, highly recommend for sightseeing Norfolk and Suffolk.
It was perfect for us, the owners were warm and friendly, though respectfully unobtrusive. We would strongly recommend this cottage.
Its a lovely, quaint property and very comfortable. The owners are very nice and obliging. This was our second time there and I don't think it will be our last.
The Cottage was comfortable and welcoming and had everything we needed. It was extremely clean and tidy, it felt like no-one else could had stayed there!
Could not fault this cottage, it was very clean and well equipped. In a great location for exploring Norfolk and Suffolk. Had six wonderful days there, we wanted to bring the cottage home with us. Would highly recommend!
It was a well presented cottage which contained everything you would need, a true home from home. The owner was very friendly.
Norbank cottage was a very clean, well presented property. The owners were very hospitable and everything was as it should be for an enjoyable stay. I would happily recommend this property to friends and I would be more than happy to stay there again myself. It was convenient for all the attractions of Norfolk. We were there as a couple but it would be ideal for a single person as it's not too isolated and the owners' property is adjacent to the holiday let. For such a tiny cottage the storage was plentiful and there is a lovely outside seating area.
The cottage was comfortable, very beautifully converted, spotlessly clean and well equipped. There were instructions for everything and everything worked. The family were welcoming, helpful, friendly and generous without being intrusive. The garden was lovely. I couldn't fault the property or the hosts.
The house was delightful & the garden was really lovely. The owners were very friendly & helpful on local information. Would highly recommend this holiday property.
This is a fantastic cottage with everything you need and more, the owners are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them to make your stay perfect. We will most certainly be back in the future a great base for exploring Norfolk and Suffolk.
The hospitality of the owners was fantastic. The Cottage was clean, comfortable and well equipped, in a lovely rural location. We just had a fabulous time.
It is a lovely cottage in a lovely location with exceptionally kind friendly owners who have made this small and very quaint cottage a home from home. We will definitely be going back again and strongly recommend it. It was a stones throw away from the wonderful gardens at Bressingham Gardens and there was a very nice pub down the road, it had easy access to many places to visit.
This is a small but perfectly formed cottage cleverly designed and finished to a high standard. Ideal for exploring South Norfolk and Suffolk and just a 10min car ride from Diss with a good range of shops and supermarkets.
The owners were very friendly and helpful, and the cottage was lovely, very cosy and comfortable. We also love the area, there is lots to see and do, with the Bressingham steam museum just up the road and well worth a visit. Would definitely return.
Norbank is a charming cottage in lovely, peaceful surroundings, yet close enough to the town of Diss. Our hosts were very welcoming and attentive. The cottage itself is a fabulous conversion of a grade 2 listed building and is immaculately kept and a credit to it's owners.
The Cottage is small but very well designed, light and modern. I have stayed here several times now, and will hopefully continue to do so. It is handy for the lovely little town of Diss and the amazing Bressingham Gardens is just down the road. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended!
A very pleasant short break in a well presented property and surroundings. We were greeted with a warm welcome that lasted for the duration of the stay. We hope to return again in the near future.
This was my second visit. The cottage was lovely - cosy and warm- and the owners were very helpful.
Nice clean cottage in a central area for sightseeing. Owners were friendly and helpful.
In a lovely location and was spotlessly clean. It had all you needed for 2 people and lovely & friendly owners.
The location of the cottage was well placed for visiting both Norfolk and Suffolk. The cottage was small but perfectly formed and had lots of character.
This Cottage, although small, is very well designed and comfortable - perfect for two people. The owners are friendly and could not have been more helpful. I enjoyed my stay so much I have already booked a return visit!
Very friendly owners. We had fresh vegetables from their allotment during our stay and went home with a bag of plums they had picked for us off their tree.
Location and access to many parts of Norfolk and Suffolk, including coast. The Cottage was peaceful and the owners were very kind and helpful. A very relaxing holiday with lots to see and do. Highly recommend Norbank.
