Appliances are an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, hairdryer and two Smart TVs. Outside is an enclosed rear courtyard with picnic bench and ample parking in rear public car park. One well-behaved dog , but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included, along with a highchair and travel cot. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles and a pub in 0.1 miles. Note: Two additional beds are available. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
