With a name meaning 'Silver Sands', this beautiful, ground floor apartment offers easy access to the sandy beach at Morfa Nefyn, and also the Llyn Coastal Path. This delightful self-catering apartment is stylishly furnished to a high standard, and offers quality accommodation throughout, with an open plan living area including a light, airy sitting room, welcoming dining area and a modern and fully-equipped kitchen. Double doors lead into the hall where you will find the bathroom and three bedrooms all with windows,two with double beds and one with twin beds, this is the only 3 bedroom apartment within the development that has windows in the middle bedroom. Doors open into a large, fully enclosed garden where you can sit and enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple. Guests have use of a shared games room with table tennis, a pool table and table football. Wonderful walking, cycling and birdwatching opportunities are within easy reach and the superb, highly popular sandy beach at Porthdinllaen is only two minutesÂ’ walk along the lane where you can enjoy a drink at Ty Coch, a very popular historic inn set right on the beachfront. The delightful town of Abersoch is just eight miles away and provides an array of shops, eateries and unrivalled watersports facilities. Rear enclosed shared lawn with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub/restaurant and beach 5 mins walk. Note: Check-in 5pm, check-out 11am. Please note that this a residential holiday property . Bookings of no more than two workers are permitted but no work vans can be parked in the car park.

A family of six enjoyed a great time in North Wales. The flat is generously spaced, a good sized living space / kitchen area. 2 doubled bedrooms and a twin room slept us all well. Bathroom had a choice of either a bath or a shower. All in all a great modern flat close to the beach.

Brilliant location!!! We visit Morfa nefyn every year and these apartments are close enough to the beach and the cliffs pub One of the downfalls for the apartments is that the room with the two single beds i would say is rather accommodated for children as there is no wardrobe space or draws for any clothes but both other bedrooms have big fitted wardrobes. Overall it was a great week I would definitely stay here again but would probably bring some more pillows with me next time as there was only one for each person in the single room (I'm very picky and like 2/3).
