The cottage can sleep nine people in one king-size double, three twin and one family room which has one king-size double and one single bed as well as family shower room and family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a private garden with furniture. The Barn is a lovely bright cottage to use as a base to explore this beautiful part of the country.

This spacious stone and cob barn conversion has retained its ancient beams and timbers but has been beautifully furnished with modern furniture, to provide a comfortable and attractive holiday cottage for a large family. There is a spacious sitting room with vaulted beamed ceiling, three large leather Chesterfield sofas and a stone fireplace housing a woodburner, a relaxing room for the whole family to spend time together after a day in the hills or on the beach. There are two staircases making the layout sizeable and flexible for sharing. With comfy king-size beds, two bathrooms and views across the farmland, guests will be assured of a good night’s sleep. There is a private garden with furniture for taking a tea break in the sunshine and fresh air. Note: This property is next to Refs. 915882, 915850 and 915883, together they sleep 21.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
