With three bedrooms consisting of one double with en-suite, one 4' double and one family room, up to seven people can stay. Outside, there is off road parking for one car, ample roadside parking just beside the cottage, secure bike storage in the garage and a private, enclosed garden. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 2 miles. Please note wifi is basic and not suitable for streaming or gaming.

The small fishing village of Brancaster Staithe, set between popular Hunstanton and Wells-next-the-Sea, can be found in the heart of the North Norfolk Coast, on the main tourist route through this wonderful part of the world. Great Location to explore the North Norfolk coast. Dale End is a quiet location, good sized enclosed garden safe for dog and kids. The house was a perfect size for large family with three good sized bedrooms, very enjoyable and comfortable stay.
This was an excellent base for the dog friendly beaches, and good shops and pubs were all within walking distance. We all felt very comfortable and were blessed with good weather.
The house was spacious and in a very convenient situation.
This house was perfect for a New Year break with our extended family. Well equipped to cater for the 7 people staying. Would definitely return to this property if we were staying in the area again. Excellent access for walks on the marshes.
We particularly liked the attention to detail - even down to position of mirrors, plug points etc, the wood burner and having an enclosed garden for my dog
