The cottage owners were very nice and provided a very comfortable cottage. The garden and views were lovely and the kitchen and bathroom were very good, overall an excellent property, would use it again.
This cottage was comfortable and roomy. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was very good. The facilities generally were good, and the location was excellent. Mawdesley is a beautiful area, with many lovely walks around the area, including along the canal to Burscough. We would definitely recommend it.

Wild Duck Lodge is in a beautiful setting. The hosts were wonderful and provided lots of extras that made our Christmas holiday very special.
As I am disabled the cottage was ideal, walk in shower was great. The owners couldn't have been nicer, welcomed us warmly and came out to see us off when we left. Within driving distance to various places even the Lake District.
