Sea View House, Hornsea

Sea View House is an attractive mid-terrace cottage set on the beachfront of the popular coastal town of Hornsea. No pets. The cottage can sleep five people in three bedrooms and also has a family bathroom. The remainder of the property is made up of a galley-style kitchen and a spacious lounge with dining area. Outside there is an enclosed yard with garden furniture and off road parking for one car. Sea View House is ideal for a family or group of friends wishing to enjoy the delights of the seaside, or to explore the Yorkshire Wolds with its market towns and rolling hills.

Location Details

Hornsea is a seaside resort, which lies on the east coast, 15 miles south of Bridlington. This town boasts wide, safe sandy beaches, a promenade with well-kept gardens and a number of shops, pubs and cafes. Close by is Hornsea Mere, the largest natural lake in Yorkshire offering sailing, fishing and boat trips.

The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Located right on the beach front , with amazing sea views, easy access to beach 50 yards away, many good fish and chip shops in the area plus cafes and a good public house serving quality food. Right on bus route.This house has been recently completely refurbished to the highest standards , everything has been thought of and is very comfortable and completely equipped with everything you could possibly need. Enclosed rear large garden ideal for children and dogs to play safely. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Brilliant weeks stay in this lovely home. The sea views from the lounge, front Double and front single are fabulous. The cottage has all the essentials good kitchen lovely lounge comfy bedrooms and a feel good atmosphere. Whilst the beach out front does not allow dogs a short walk North or South takes you to miles of beaches where your dog can roam free often meeting up with others. . Ours stay was enhanced by the fact that in addition to the 2 of us and Nellie the dog my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter were able to join us for the weekend.

This was a brilliant place to stay! Right over the road from the sea front; cosy and comfortable little house; really helpful owner; lots of kids games and toys! A bit tough for parking out front if you've got a bigger car but there's plenty of on street free parking available very near so it wasn't a problem. Hornsea's a great little undiscovered sea-side town and well worth a visit. We'll definitely be back again!

Lovely house with everything you could need. great location next to sea front would go again. lots to see and do in area 10 min walk into town nice walk along sea front. lots of nice place's to eat.

The close proximity to the sea was excellent and the ability to walk to everything you need was also great. The house was spacious, laid out perfectly and lovely and warm. The fantastic views from the bedroom were really enjoyable too.

Sea View House is in a great location, with wonderful views out to sea. We stayed in February and it was very cosy on a winters evening.
