This house is amazing and has everything you can think of in it. It's clean and the owners are friendly and helpful. It was a bit wet while there so we didn't get to spend time in the garden which has a good size yard.

Just returned from a wonderful week away with our 3 children. The home was perfect. The house is clean and has everything we needed. The children's beds were made with character bedding tastefully decorated with little touches and a beautifully laid table awaited our arrival. The location was perfect for lovely walks along the canal and wasn't too far for our visits to nearby family. Thank you Ruth and David; we will be definitely returning!

The house is clean, tidy and has everything you could think of and more. On arrival we had a afternoon tea provided which was a lovely touch. I had my husband and teenage daughter with me so we had lots of room. I found the double bed to hard but was able to sleep in another room. The yard was a nice size and it is a lovely change compared to Hotels.

We stayed a week in Wombourne late May 2015. Our holiday in England was suberb, thanks for our lovely accommodation in Loningside! Everything was taken care of, our children had even kids bed linen and loads of DVD's to watch (which we didn't as we were on the move all the time). The owners had paid excellent attention in details before our arrival. Everything we needed was there and the apartment had taken great care. It was really a gem we found!

All members of my family loved Loningside - spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

It was like being at a home from home. I would have no hesitation in staying there again. A great place, great people and a great location.

Staying at this property was like being in a home from home. We would thoroughly recommend this property to all people looking at staying here. We are looking forward to another week there shortly.

As soon as we walked into the house we felt at home. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly and made such an effort to make the house a home. We loved all of the extra special touches. Would visit again and recommend.

Liked the ambience! The owners were extremely interested in assuring that our stay was memorable, nothing was a problem to them. The large rear garden was most pleasant, the internet was very fast and the property location was good.

Rated by Mrs Scott reviewed on 7th September 2015

We really loved the property! There was plenty of equipment and our children were especially taken care of with special blankets and bedlinen, toys, DVDs and child seats. The owners were so polite and helpful; we've stayed in many other properties but this was by far the best. They have obviously given lots of thought into visitors requirements.

We enjoyed the setting especially the canal walks and village life. The house was cosy, lovely and roomy. There were lots of books, games and folders on good places to visit both locally and further afield. The cupboards were well stocked, had everything that was needed.

Loningside is possibly the best place we have stayed in as it was spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped, warm, spacious and very comfortable. The owners were very welcoming and there was a lovely afternoon tea when we arrived. Loningside is in a great location for good shops, nice pubs and lovely walks right from the doorstep; we would highly recommend it!

We liked the excellent house which was in the nice neighbourhood of Wombourne. There was everything we needed for our vacation.

Rated by Mr Lahtinen reviewed on 4th February 2015

Wonderful place to stay. Ruth's family thought of every detail imaginable and I mean every, right down to safety gates and features for our toddler. There were games, books, tourist information just to name a few. The freshly baked English tea that awaited us on arrival was icing on the cake of a wonderful run property. Thank you!!!!!

Rated by Miss Gee reviewed on 26th October 2014

The owner made me very welcome and explained everything I needed to know about the house. The location was excellent, allowing me to access sections of the River Severn where I could fish. Also there was a pub just a few hundred yards away plus lots more in the immediate vicinity. This house had everything you would have in a family home, you needed for nothing.

Rated by Mr McGreal reviewed on 6th October 2014

A very clean and child friendly holiday let, with three children the garden and outdoor toys were a real bonus. The whole holiday let was extremely well prepared and there was everything you could need! Extensive indexed tourism leaflets of the locality and tourist attractions and very close to the Co-op for milk and basic groceries.

Rated by Mr Dash reviewed on 4th August 2014

We were made very welcome in this property by the owners. They were there to greet us as we arrived, gave us a tour of the house and left us with a table of home-made cakes. The property is a real home from home with everything we needed. We would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family and plan to book a return stay in the future.

Friendly hosts, good location and the best information package we have ever seen and we used to be in the business! All round, an excellent property.

Fantastic house with a lovely owner, who had thought of everything that we could possibly need. Catered to the needs of our young family too, including children's bedding, plates, story books and games.

Rated by Dr Turner reviewed on 1st March 2014

The location was great for what we needed. The house was amazingly clean and very well equipped. We were made very welcome with cakes and biscuits on arrival and even a gift for our boys. It was very obvious that lots of care had gone into the house and that the owners did everything they could to make this home a wonderful place to stay .

Rated by Mrs McLelland reviewed on 5th January 2014

We stayed with our two young boys and were really impressed with the accommodation. The cottage is a real home away from home and provided us with everything we needed including a cot and a high chair for the baby. The home baked treats were a lovely touch especially after a 4 hour car journey. Ruth could not do enough for us. Also a real central base for us visiting friends and family in Wolverhampton and Dudley. Will definitely book again.

Rated by Mrs Shenton reviewed on 19th August 2013

What a lovely place! Immaculately clean, cosy and warm, all the amenities and mod cons you could ever need for an experience that was like staying in a home from home! When we arrived after a very long tiring flight from austrlalia, it was wonderful to be welcomed by a home made cream tea sitting on the dining table. We were blown away. The beds were warm and so comfortable, the garden beautiful and relaxing, enabling us to enjoy morning coffee listening to birds in stunning surroundings, and then relax at the end of a day exploring the beautiful walks in the area by sitting in the serene surroundings and sipping a wine or two at sunset. And wifi! What a treat! We could contact home easily, share photos of the wonderful area and Skype. Great location, easy access by car to most midlands cities and main road to the north or south of Engalnd or into Wales. We will definitely be staying here again

A very comfortable property. A warm welcome from the owners which included afternoon tea waiting in the dining room for us. We strongly recommend Loningside for a holiday.

Rated by Mr Turner reviewed on 4th January 2013

We couldn't of wished for a nicer welcome. The house was decorated for Christmas and looked so welcoming plus the owner had left this lovely morning tea for us. Nothing was too much trouble, she has thought of everything to make life comfortable for her guests. There is an impressive guide giving details of places to visit in the area. We were there on business but did manage to explore Wombourne and very much enjoyed walking on nearby Kinver Edge, a must visit if you enjoy walking. Also, visited the lovely town of Bridgnorth. The house is in a good location for getting to many interesting places. We will stay again.
