This beautifully converted stables proved to be the perfect cottage for us to spend Christmas near to our family. It had everything we needed for a fabulous week: high end fixtures, fittings and furniture, immaculately maintained and presented; a festively decorated spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen and cosy wood burner and central heating; comfortable beds with good quality bedding, linen and towels; good parking to accommodate our visiting relatives and of course very welcoming hosts. So what more could you want? Actually nothing that’s why we have booked for next year! Try the Black Horse at Ingleton if you like authentic Italian food. Cosy village pub with real ales and an Italian chef ten minutes form the cottage through country lanes.
Fern Cottage is a superb cottage. It was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. In a wonderful rural location but still close to all the places in the area that we had earmarked to visit during our stay. The hosts were lovely, friendly and helpful. This is certainly a property we would use again if in the area and one we would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends. Very many thanks.
Its quiet location, modern fixtures and spacious living room were perfect for our family Easter break away.
We absolutely loved our stay at Fern Cottage. We all had a great time. The owners were very helpful and welcoming. We would happily stay here again and will recommend the cottage to others.
A stunning property, can't wait to stay again. In a lovely area, nice and quiet. Just the place for a little R&R.
Great cottage, clearly been furnished recently. It's in excellent condition and finished to a high standard. The owner was great.
The property is in excellent condition and very well furnished. Having wifi was very useful and the owners were very welcoming. Lovely place and will look to book this again.
Immaculate cottage on a quiet farm with good quality fittings and furniture and a beautiful fitted kitchen.
The best cottage and facilities that we have had the pleasure to be able to use. There was beautiful scenery in all directions. The owners were on site for any advice you may require.
