We had an amazing time at Horseshoe Cottage during Christmas week. The cottage was trimmed up for Christmas and this made our stay all the more special. The owner was very helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay more enjoyable. Would definitely go again.
The cottage is the centre of three holiday cottages in the farm. There were hens, sheepdogs, lambs, sheep and cattle, in a setting straight out of James Herriot. There were beautiful views. The bird activity was mesmerising, with swallows, starlings, goldfinches and even sparrows. It was very quiet, very comfortable and a very reasonable price.
