Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample parking. Enclosed garden with raised terrace and patio with furniture, hot tub, fire pit private heated outdoor swimming pool and Sauna. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 15 mins and pub 2 mins walk. Please note: Due to the location of the property, a car is highly recommended. Please note: This property does not accept hen, stag or similar. 2 high chairs and 2 travel cots will be in the property. Guests will need to bring their own cot linen and mattresses.

We booked Bryn Derwen Manor House for the whole family adults and children ranging from 19 to 3. There was something for everyone, so much space and safe facilities. We even took Margot our standard poodle who though it was great. Our booking was easy, and the information leaftlet provided by Elaine was excellent and provided all the information regarding the property and the locality that was needed. On our arrival we were met by Gordon the caretaker who kindly showed us the outside areas, pool and hot tub. Much excitement from the family as each selected which bedroom was theirs whilst others familiarised themselves with the well equipped kitchen. Apart from food and drink, there is really no need to bring anything else; it is very easy to cater for large numbers in the property. We had the most amazing stay and would highly recommend this for anyone contemplating either a quiet break away and to venture to some of the attractions such as zip world, just a stones throw away. Elaine is truly a super host.
