The attractive, unspoilt rural village of Brampton is ideally placed for exploring the Eden Valley, Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. The village has a pub, which serves good food, and is just two miles from the historic town of Appleby. With the delightful Pooley Bridge, Penrith and the magnificent Lake District within easy reach, this is an ideal holiday location.

We love New House. This was our second visit and we have booked a return visit in the summer. The open plan living/family room is perfect for our family and both adults and children alike have had a great time. The house is very beautiful and a real home from home. The two open fires are fantastic and make it lovely and cosy.
Fabulous cottage! Beautifully clean, we had a wonderful weekend and would highly recommend.
