Everything wrote in the review 3 years ago is correct. Nothing has been addressed from then so I guess... the leaking shower, the bathroom sink plug doesn't stay down your unable to fill it, the clunking bed base, the broken bedroom remote, the worktop strip peeling of the breakfast bar and the broken drainage cover on the kitchen drainer won't be addressed either. In addition to the above the shower and oven hadn't been cleaned properly. Overall very disappointed with the property.

...after reading other reviews me & the wife booked expecting a nice relaxing week for the both of us from the usual drudgery called `work` This is a true & honest review & i can only assume that other visitors were being kind with their reviews !!! Yes it`s a "Contemporary annexe in owner's grounds" but almost built on top of the owners house ! Yes it has Wifi but this is very hit n miss due to the wifi extender being "TOO FAR" from the BT sender unit (See pic). The "Enclosed Patio" is a sad looking approx 10ft x 8ft uninviting area that would benefit from a good jet-wash ! (Pic surplied) The owner describes the Annexe as a "detached cottage" ...this is not the case ! On first site my Wife remarked that she hoped it wasn`t that "shed" looking building, alas IT WAS ! (see pic) One en-suite bedroom is correct but as noted by others in the `Visitors book` the mattress is of poor quality & very uncomfortable & the main reason we cut our stay short ! A new superior quality mattress would be a small investment but essential & beneficial to all. The bedroom is a great size but lacks storage for two adults so we had to use our cases as wardrobes, the chest of drawers is too slim & the bed side units drawers don`t open properly, moving on, the toilet seat was really loose & the toilet brush fell apart & was extremely rusty, (see pics) The bathroom sink is minuscule & too close to the Radiator so if heating is on you will burn your elbow when brushing your teeth etc ! The Shower is great ! The kitchen area was ok but the tap was really loose & felt as though it could detach from its fixing at anytime. The crockery needs replacing as a lot is chipped we found one mug that was ok & one glass tumbler that was unuseable due to a large sharp chip ! The sofa is/was far too low, you will strain your neck to watch the wall mounted TV & rising from the sofa is a feat in itself ! ...I solved this problem by using the numerous selection of books surplied raising it by atleast 6/8in, a real godsend ! Your parking is on the owners drive & useful, the location of the Annexe is ideal, it was such a shame we had the issues we had & left early because of them as time off work is precious but will return to Tenby soon as it`s fantastic just hope the next pet-friendly accommodation we find is better.
The cottage was very tranquil and only a short walk from Tenby. Decor was to a high standard and was very light and airy.
Enjoyed our stay, everything was fresh and clean. It was within walking distance to Tenby, and had easy parking and friendly owners.
We were the first guests and it was lovely staying somewhere where everything was brand new. The owners have done a great job on not only the décor and use of space, but on all the little extras provided. It was a lovely place to relax in, very quiet and only a 10 minute walk from the beach and shops of central Tenby. There was plenty of space for 2 people plus young baby and the shower was amazing!
