The most amazing and welcoming hosts... we have stayed here previously in 2017 and had a fabulous time then too. The house is huge, beautifully set out, homely, really well equipped. The hot tub is fabulous. The owners are so friendly and helpful and would do anything to make your stay perfect. We love it and will 100% be back.

This is easily the best place we have ever visited as a group (we’ve stayed at a fair few!) - the house is just amazing - absolutely massive which so much space for a big group! The hot tub is amazing and easily fit all 10 of us in no problem. We would definitely re book again without hesitation. The owner lives next door and was really helpful and on hand for anything we needed.

We’ve just celebrated Christmas and our mums 80th birthday here. We were a large party of 10 and had an amazing time thanks to George and Chrissy. Couldn’t fault the place - so much room and it had been beautifully decorated for Christmas. Hot tub was faulty and George had replaced it with another one in less than an hour! Happy holls.

This place is perfect for a large family to stay and explore east Yorkshire. Theres room to find your own space, be it in the cosy lounge, country kitchen, one of two conservatories, grown up games room, beautiful bedrooms or of course relaxing hot tub. Walking distance to the pub but we found it hard to leave this inviting property and cooked and dined in style in the kitchen at the heart of the house and the more formal dining room too. I don't give 5 out of 5 easily, well done Bramhill Barns!

We were a large family group aged from under 1 to 70 years old. The six bedrooms were therefore of great importance. Bramhill Barns is a magnificent conversion of old farm buildings. Loads of space, sitting areas etc. plus the huge bonus of a hot tub room with lovely sitting area attached and that full size snooker table which was much used by my three sons and their old dad. The large garden was marvellous for the grandchildren. We enjoyed a decent Sunday lunch at the local Nancy Inn which is about 10 minutes walk away. The accommodation was extensively fitted out with modern appliances and really, we lacked for nothing at all. The house was beautifully warm. A lovely place to stay and quite charming owners who live locally. The "arrival pack" of some wine and a delicious cake was a delightful surprise. I would recommend Bramhill Barns without any reservation at all. A fabulous and very happy weekend away.

Bramhill Barns is a wonderful house ran by a lovely couple. Nothing was too much trouble. We will be going back if I can get a week after all recommendations I've given!

Bramhill Barns was absolutely fantastic, we had a lovely family holiday there. It was very big, with lots of areas where you could go to, like the sun room and hot tub, snooker room with dartboard and different parts of the garden. The older children liked the ducks (who like to eat lettuce not bread) and there were lots of board games to keep them happy. The owners were very welcoming and helpful with local knowledge, and we will definitely be going back again.
