This beautiful apartment is superbly located in the heart of the thriving picturesque coastal village of St Agnes, north Cornwall. The apartment is an ideal base from which to make the most of this stunning unspoilt part of the coast, with four excellent beaches and some of the south west's finest coastal paths and walks all close by. Driving through the village, turn off towards the cottage through a gated entrance, appreciating the impressive Georgian style house, Trearren, in which the apartment is housed. Located on the first floor, a short flight of stairs will bring you to the entrance and once inside you will feel at home with the spacious living and dining room, well-equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, the double bedroom having an en-suite shower room. Outside, at the rear of the house, you have a delightful private garden and barbecue, where you can relax with a refreshing drink and enjoy the views of the former mining buildings brought back to life by the Poldark TV series. Steeped in mining history one of the many dramatic coastal walks, very close by, will take you past the iconic Wheal Coates engine house from where the view right down the coast to St Ives is amazing and not to be missed. Although St Agnes is only a small village, apart from the wonderful beaches, it also offers top class restaurants, traditional Cornish pubs and lots of interesting individual shops and galleries, and the beauty of it is, they are all on your doorstep only a few minutes’ walk away. With St Agnes being so conveniently located for touring the whole North Cornish coastline and Cornwall's largest beach at Perranporth only four miles away, this cottage is the ideal base for a great Cornish holiday whatever time of year.
