Millbrook 1.4 miles, Kingsand 1.6 miles, Cawsand 2.1 miles. Resting in Maker between Millbrook and Mount Edgecumbe, in the Rame Peninsula AONB is this wonderful semi-detached annexe. Once a dairy farm and now a listed building on the grounds of the magnificent Friary Manor with views out to the idyllic countryside, this quirky dwelling is a superb fit for a small group of three looking to escape to the Cornish coast. Off-road parking for two cars greets you on arrival, before heading through the gate and into a hallway with a very handy washing machine! Continue inside to a charming and bright living/dining room, kick off your boots and settle down on the plush seating while watching your favourite show on the Smart TV. Continue through to a modern kitchen that has been fitted to make cooking a breeze, whilst being served by a breakfast bar that is a wonderful spot to enjoy a quick morning coffee! When dinner is served enjoy eating together and catching up with your group, or with a guest, on the dining table that seats four. In the evening, make your way up a few steps and into a single room, where you read a book before bed in the convenient armchair; further down the corridor is a spacious king-size room, showcasing pastel blue exposed beams and fabulous bay windows with views out to the country lane. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
