On arrival we knew the carpet was very dirty as previously spoken to the owner who said he couldn't get anyone there till end of Sept. We needed the loo after travelling to be greeted with 6 sheets of loo paper on the roll !!! Immediately had to go to shop to get some thought this was very bad. To get in and out of the property was very tricky as the lock is faulty they had been notified of this Oct 2023!!!! Anyhow opened wardrobe to hang our clothes metal coat hangers the ones u get ftom dry cleaners and the other ones were broken with sharpe ends!! Next the decking is a death trap part of it 2 of the boards at the ends has rotted easily put your foot in especially a child's!! The garden gate needs replacing, lastly the single bedroom my fried got shut in as the door knob is faulty! she had to call me to get out!! The cleaning wasn't brilliant in certain areas, we could have phoned the cleaner but really you shouldn't have to, I've stayed in many places and this one was the worst, also no information booklet or visitors book either which I found odd as well, we won't be going back.... such a nice cottage lovely position where it is just needs alot of to do's and certainly updating the lounge!!!!...
