Just returned from a 2 night stay. We we're a party of 8 adults, 4 children and 2dogs. Owners were welcoming and informative on arrival. Accommodation had everything we could possibly need and more. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Beautiful scenery and walks. Made some lovely memories to celebrate with friends and family. On site parking. Only thing I would suggest is signage which could be seen on approach as its easy to drive past.
Just back from a 4 night stay with extended family in this converted barn. There were 11 of us (plus 2 dogs) and the accommodation was spacious and comfortable, without being too luxurious so that we worried that clumsy teenagers might ruin something! The kitchen was so well equipped and there wasn't a single thing we found missing that we needed. The barn is set amidst stunning Peak District scenery and there are plenty of good walks right from the door. As with all families with children,wifi is important to us and it worked just fine. The hosts are next door and more than willing to offer help and advice if needed.We can certainly recommend Broadway Barn as an ideal place for a rural family holiday.

My wife and I stayed here for her birthday in February. We were joined by ten family members for the weekend but then had the place to ourselves for the next five days. Everything we needed was supplied and the place is so warm! Loved the underfloor heating, so comfortable to walk on. All the bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are superb. Thank you for a marvellous week of doing nothing except relaxing!
This is an excellent accommodation fitted to a high specification and well equipped. There was plenty of room for the ten of us. The owner was really welcoming and helpful. We think that walkers and families would really like this property. We were all artists and enjoyed painting and sketching nearby and further afield weather permitting!
Broadway Barn was an excellent choice for a get together with friends. The accommodation is of a very high standard throughout, it was spacious, light, well equipped and very dog friendly.
