A delightful, stone-built end of terrace cottage, situated to the rear of the owners' home, centrally located in the rural village of Middleton-in-Teesdale, ten miles from Barnard Castle. Beautifully finished, this cottage is ideal for a small family or a couple wishing to explore the delights of the surrounding area. Two first floor bedrooms provide a welcoming retreat to rest tired bones, whilst the open plan living area with warming woodburning stove, cosy sofa and sleek kitchen provide all you need to rustle up a gourmet treat or simply kick off your shoes and curl up to watch TV. To the rear of Fuchsia Cottage there is a delightful stone-walled patio area, a safe place for pets and kids to get some air and adults to simply relax with a cuppa and plan the next day’s activities, plus access to an external building is available for hanging up wet outerwear and a sink to wash boots in. A short stroll will take you to the centre of Middleton-in-Teesdale, offering village life at its very best, with many local pubs, tea rooms and restaurants to choose from.
