This lovely cottage is centrally located in Norfolk near to the market towns of Fakenham and Dereham, with good access to the North Norfolk coastline. This beautifully spacious cottage is set within the owners’ extensive grounds in a rural village, ideal for walking, cycling and exploring this wonderful county. Set all on the ground floor and with widened doorways and a wet room, the property is suitable for accompanied wheelchair users. The well-equipped kitchen offers a breakfast area and overlooks the patio and garden. It is located next to the spacious sitting and dining room which has doors leading to the patio, ideal for relaxing with a morning coffee while planning your day. The sitting room boasts a woodburning stove so that you can relax with a movie after a day out exploring. There are three bedrooms with the master room also having the advantage of a door opening out to the small front garden. There are a number of local attractions close by such as Pensthorpe Country Park with excellent walking trails and a children’s play area with cafe, or why not visit the wild animals at the nearby Dinosaur Adventure Park. There are a number of fishing lakes in the local area, plus the world-famous Norfolk Broads are easily accessible. The cottage is only a half hour drive from the Norfolk Coast with the popular harbour villages of Blakeney and Wells-next-the-Sea offering boat trips to see the seals. This cottage is a perfect spot for families and friends looking for a superb base for exploring Norfolk throughout the year.
Billingford is near to Bawdeswell in Norfolk, between the Bure and Wensum Valleys. Foxley Wood is nearby, the largest ancient woodland in Norfolk.

The property was first class, everything was perfect. The weather wasn't that good but with such a nice place to stay, it really didn't matter. The owners have thought of everything and there wasn't anything you would need that wasn't supplied. We have never stayed anywhere as good. Well done to the owners! Thank you.
The photos do not do justice to this lovely cottage. It truly is excellent and the owners couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Given the opportunity we would love to stay here again and explore this part of Norfolk a bit more.
The house is beautiful and in a lovely place. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped. We had a lovely long weekend and I would happily go back and recommend it to anyone.

The Meadows Cottage is in a very peaceful quiet area. At night its so peaceful. And in the morning I have not heard so many birds singing, it's wonderful.
This cottage is amazing; decorated and furnished to very high standards, great location, plenty of privacy with a big enclosed garden which is perfect for small children and dogs. The owner and her family made us feel very welcome. This was a last minute booking for my 50th birthday and it was absolutely perfect, we will definitely go back next year.
The cottage great, well adapted for limited mobility with good space for wheelchair user to move around. A great enclosed and secure garden, even for very small dogs. Very nice beds and bedrooms, with a good amount of space and excellent storage.

Lovely Cottage with everything you could need for a super holiday. Enclosed garden with patio and seating area, comfy beds, plenty of floor room in the Cottage and very good quality white goods. It also felt very homely. Would recommend.
A home from home, stunning property and fantastic attention to detail. Loads of space plus everything tasteful and spotless. A secure enclosed garden for the dogs meant relaxing holiday. Definitely one to return to.
