A perfect and immaculate holiday cottage. All details thought of and the property has everything you need to make a "home from home" whilst exploring the beautiful area around. The owners are wonderful - Heather even baked us fresh scones and homemade jam on arrival, and provided us with a bread/butter/milk and wine. Highly recommend this place.

Our family of 6 stayed at Little Cow House for the Easter week. We were warmly greeted by Heather and Tom, who made our stay very welcoming. Heather had baked us a delicious Victoria Sandwich cake, which was all gone by the second day! Also bread, milk and chocolates, such a nice gift. The house is immaculate, everything is in working order and the underfloor heating is a massive bonus. There are lots of places of interest local to Chirk, of which the aquaduct is probably our favourite. Amazing views from the property. Thank you Heather and Tom for our lovely stay. We will no doubt be back!

We have just returned from a lovely weekend in Little Cow Cottage. This is a beautiful cottage, spotlessly clean, it has everything you need. They have thought of everything, hooks and plugs in the right places. We were there with our family and a couple of friends and it was my husbands birthday and Heather had made a cake and left us a bottle of wine which was sooo kind! It was so cosy and warm and a great base for all the surrounding areas. We will definately return we loved it!

This place is beautiful and we can't wait to come again! Mr and Mrs Hughes provided cake, sledges, wine, cleaning products, toilet rolls, bread, milk and butter which we couldn't believe and never expected! Thank you so much! The house is luxurious, warm, modern yet traditional, spacious and comfortable. Love the underfloor heating throughout and there are no signs of wear and tear. Not even a loose thread on the bedlinen! Thank you for a wonderful stay in a beautiful setting. Can't wait to come again but next time for longer!

Spent a week at Little Cow House last week and had a wonderful time. I went with a group of friends as it was my birthday and on our arrival we had a lovely surprise of a homemade birthday cake and a bottle of wine! Plus some groceries. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and the views are stunning. It has absolutely everything you need for a very comfortable stay and a long soak in the huge freestanding bath is a must! We had many long walks from the cottage and the village of Chirk was great for a lovely Indian meal and a few sociables in the Stanton Pub! Would definitely return
