Tricky to find as it is off the beaten track and sat nav kept trying to send us to the Eden Project which is only 5 minutes away I was concerned about reviews about the steep slope up to cottage, but although narrow, you can drive up easily and park quite close. The slope to cottage from there is not that steep and is well paved and even. I’d not long had a knee replacement and had no problem. Bed comfortable and location very quiet. Garden charming. Cottage although small had most of our requirements. WiFi good. A garden umbrella would have been appreciated especially as this summer has been so sunny and hot.
A very comfortable adorable cottage, pretty garden and a lovely room with a settee perfectly placed for watching the amazing birds, the owners had thought of everything even putting up Xmas decorations. We will definitely be back loads more.
