3 Quay Court is a three storey townhouse in Newquay, with sea views and close to the beach and amenities. The cottage has four bedrooms over the ground and first floors, including a master king-size double with en-suite. There are two family bathrooms over two floors, and on the second floor of the cottage is the open plan living area with kitchen, sitting area and dining area with balcony, as well as a patio and access to the roof terrace. There is off road parking for two cars. 3 Quay Court is just a short walk from the shops, pubs and restaurants of Newquay, and the surfing beach at Fistral is just a little further, making this an ideal property for families all year round.

6th stay at this amazing house and gutted to be leaving the views of Newquay behind! Owners continue to go above and beyond in making this the perfect place to stay. The whole family love this home, perfect location to town and fistral and hardly needed to use the car for the week. Weather was amazing and spend some great evenings on the roof terrace and balcony. The recent updates to the home show that the owners go to great lengths to ensure the best holiday! Will be back in 2024

Just back home from another great stay at No 3. This was the 5th time we've stayed and once again the property exceeded our expectations. Some really nice subtle changes to the property since our last stay and amazing attention to detail making this another brilliant holiday. Perfect for access to Fistral and town means that the car is rarely needed. Weather wasn't the best but the property is cosy and amazing views of the stormy weather, but we did make it up to the roof terrace for lunch and the views across to Watergate Bay are brilliant! And thanks Fistral for the firework display which we enjoyed from the balcony We will be back next year! Thanks again No 3 see you in 2023

Overall a fantastic 3 nights away. Incredible home with incredible views well kitted out with everything you need. Just a couple of minute walk into the centre. Great host only a text away would 100% recommend and have already said we will hopefully be back. Maybe more in season though next time but this has been ideal for the time we've all been able to get off.

What can I say... WOW just WOW! Best place we have ever stayed in Newquay & weve stayed alot! 3 Quay Court is an absolutely stunning house from top to bottom. The views are just amazing. The space in the house is fantastic and the whole property decorated to a top standard. The facilities in the house are brilliant and more than is needed. The host of the property is just a text away with any questions and he has been more than accommodating! We look forward to returning in a few months time. We don't want to leave!!

Spent 2 weeks here in November, the house is lovely. Modern decor & all the mod cons. I cooked most evenings with ease. The rooms are very nice. The lounge has great views of a couple of bays. The town & beaches are only a couple of minutes walk away. The airport is only 15 minutes away. I have already recommend to family & friends. Thanks for a great stay.

Just back from a 4th stay at No 3 and didn't want to leave this fantastic house! Thanks Carl and family for making this another great holiday in Newquay. Enjoyed the complimentary cream tea and the local eco friendly milk was a nice touch. Watched the fireworks from the roof which was awesome and had a really chilled week with the family. Booked for next year and would not dream of staying anywhere else in Newquay! See you in 2022

We had a fabulous time using 3 Quay Court as our base. Plenty of room to relax and amazing views from the roof terrace and lounge. Plenty of stairs to keep you fit! Great location, only 10 mins (max) to Towan beach and when the tides low a huge beach area to have your morning walks. Our puppy loved the walks :-). Excellent communication with Carl and no problems encountered. Great reward at the end of a long 18 months. Would highly recommend a stay.

This is our 2nd time here and it didn't disappoint! A fantastic holiday 4 years ago and equally as great this time round. The house is fantastic with everything a family could need. A lovely cream tea and fresh milk on arrival is lovely. The views from the roof terrace and balcony are absolutely breathtaking. Plenty of bbq's and maybe a wine or 2 whilst watching the sun set is the perfect way to end a day here. We have 2 girls, 11 and 8 who think this house is fabulous and we must agree. Plenty room for everyone and very comfortable and clean. Very central, within walking distance of Newquay, with lots of beautiful restaurants and beaches. We will be back again but hopefully we won't leave it as long this time!

This is our second visit and still as amazing as our first 2 years ago. Brilliant weather all week, BBQs on the roof top every night, body boarding in the sea everyday and wonderful sun sets every evening. We have 5 children ages 14, 13, 12, 10 and 9 and they all love it here. Our little puppy enjoyed his first holiday too! The house is amazing, caters for your every need. Lovely cream tea on arrival. The house is beautifully presented to a high standard and lovely and clean. The location is perfect, no need to drive anywhere as everything is in walking distance. We will definitely book again....in fact we are driving home in the car now and I'm already looking at dates for next year!

Just begrudgingly come home from our 3rd stay at this awesome property and once again, myself and my family (2 legged and 4 legged) have been thoroughly spoilt at this fantastic accommodation! The property is everything we could wish for and everything is right on the doorstep. Close enough to Newquay Town to stroll to but far enough away not to be bothered by any noise. Fistral Beach is only a stroll along the road too. For this stay there was only 4 of us and the hound but we weren't rattling around in the spacious home and I've stayed there with 7 of us and still had tonnes of room! The views are exceptional, from the patio area, balcony and from the roof terrace, you can almost smell the Atlantic! The property is immaculate and the owners continue to go above and beyond in ensuring that guests have everything they could need and more. Designated parking spaces mean that you aren't clock watching the carpark and so easy to unload your luggage. 2020 has been a strange year and we were all looking forward to relaxing and unwinding and that is exactly what we got! I cannot recommend this property highly enough!! Thank you again and see you in 2021

We recently had the pleasure of staying at 3 Quay Court, Newquay. We were holidaying with our extended family of 7 adults, so were looking for a house that could accommodate us all comfortably and 3 Quay Court fitted the bill perfectly. Arranged over three floors, we found the property to have everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday by the sea. It is a very clean, comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated home from home, with marvellous views across the town to the ocean and the evening sunsets, which can be enjoyed from the lounge balcony or roof terrace. Our kind host ensured that we had everything we needed for our arrival, and we appreciated the level of luxury including a welcome pack, hand wash in each bathroom, crisp white bedlinen and fluffy white towels. The house is in an ideal location if you did want to be without your car for the duration of your stay, being within easy walking distance of the harbour, town, bars, restaurants and the spectacular local beaches. The area is perfect for all ages and we enjoyed surfing, walks across the headland to Fistral and Crantock beach, and the Camel bike trail to Padstow. Newquay golf course is also within walking distance and only a 5 minute drive if you don’t wish to carry your clubs. If you are looking for luxury family accommodation in Newquay you will not be disappointed with this property.

Stayed at Easter and again for the New Year. A truly amazing property with the attention to detail is second to none. Everything has been thought of by the owners and 3 Quay Court is certainly home from home, The most amazing views of Newquay from the lounge and the roof terrace always something to watch regardless of the weather or just relax. The location is perfect for town beaches, Fistral beach, golf course, shops and the wide range of local restaurants. Can’t wait to return !

This is our second stay here and it does not disappoint. You get the wow factor every time you walk in! Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need and want! Spotlessly clean with views to die for. Come rain or shine you feel like you are on your holidays! Thoughtful touches throughout and a very nice welcome pack was much appreciated. The accommodation is of a very high standard and in a prime location. When the weather is good the rooftop area is fantastic with amazing views of the sea and Newquay. If the weather is not so good then enjoy the view from the lounge area on the 3rd floor. Will definitely book again.

Our first visit to Newquay in August and we could have not asked for a better place to stay. The accommodation was fantastic. Eight of us stayed in total and there was more then enough room. The property is very modern, clean and decorated to a high standard. Fabulous views of the sea from the lounge and the roof terrace. Only a short walk to the town centre were you will find lots of lovely shops, wonderful places to eat, bars etc. and the beach. Would highly recommended and planning to visit again soon. Came back on saturday and we couldn’t fault anything about quay court. A great location 5 minuets walk from the centre of newquay and accommodation which cannot be beaten. We have holidayed in newquay for 10 plus years but have now found our new summer home. The owner Carl has put so much effort and thought into the decor, fixture and fittings that when my house is due for a an upgrade he will be getting a call. The sunsets from the roof terrace are to die for changing every night. 10 out of in every aspect. And we’ve booked again for next year. If newquay is your thing quay court does not disappoint.

Our Stay in Newquay was fantastic. The accommodation was excellent, very high standard and modern. It had great veiw from the rooftop. Great place to entertain and take the family, would fit 2 families comfortably Local amenities are close and so is the beach. Definitely will go again

We had a brilliant stay in this property in March. The accommodation is of a high standard, in a great location with amazing views of the ocean, walking distance to the beach, shops and excellent restaurants that were recommended to us by the owners. Would definitely go back again, our boys are already asking when they can go back!

Lovely modern feel with a very comfortable living area on the 3rd floor. Liked having a bathroom each and great for 6 people. Short but steep walk into Newquay and close to amazing beaches and the largest outdoor go karts center. Would go again!

Fabulous stay at the stylish yet practical No 3 Quay Court. Easy access to town and beaches, fantastic views from lounge and roof top terrace, plus real home from home appeal. Perfect for a relaxing break, family holiday, or surfing trip, with everything you could need and more. Newquay beaches are amazing, but pleasantly surprised at how improved Newquay town is too nowadays!

This accommadation was modern to a very high standand. We took our own towels ect. But no need as everything is top quality. Next year be back. Highly recommend. Sorry for my OCD. Arranging evetything.

We absolutely loved our stay at No.3 Quay court. Beautiful views and everything we needed for a comfortable week with our family. Close enough to amenities, and walking distance to the beach. The roof terrace was our favourite haunt during the week we spent there. We probably had BBQ dinners on 5 out of 7 nights! We even got to meet the owner during our stay, who was lovely and gave us lots of tips about things to see and do. Highly recommended!

Has just returned from a short break at No3 Quay Court Newquay (29 October to 2 November 2016). We have had a brilliant time. The apartment is amazing, had everything we needed, such a modern / contemporary apartment and the view from both the lounge and roof terrace are fantastic. Just a short walk into the town centre for all the shops, bars, pub's and beach. Looking forward to returning at some point in the future.

A beautifully decorated and furnished property within walking distance of Newquay town centre and the beaches, yet far away enough so as to be lovely and quiet. There were fantastic views from the roof terrace where we barbecued every night bar one, when we ate at the local Greek restaurant.

The location of the property was great, it was an easy walk in to town and a short drive to Fistral Beach. The whole house was immaculate from top to bottom, we loved everything about it. Would definitely book this accommodation again.
