Serenity is a wonderful semi-detached cottage situated within a 2 minute walk from the lovely Colwell Bay. Internally, it has been renovated to a high-quality standard, with a range of modern furnishings which give the property a lovely welcoming feeling. Step into the hallway where you can leave your coats and boots and enter the spacious open-plan living space. The lounge has a large sofa and three armchairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day sightseeing. Enjoy the benefits of the large flat screen TV, enough to keep you entertained during your stay. The dining area has seating for six people, a lovely space for family gatherings over food or a board game. The kitchen has a lovely set of light grey units and sleek white worktops with a range of appliances to suit all your cooking needs. The ground floor is home to a kingsize bedroom and a family bathroom. Choose from an elegant freestanding bath and a separate shower cubicle to prepare for your day in style. Upstairs has a further two twin bedrooms, with a separate cloakroom and WC. Each bedroom has a light decor, with matching bedside tables and lamps, ideal for some late night reading. With the upstairs bedrooms housing sloping ceilings and skylights, where your little ones can do some stargazing right from their beds! Outside has an enclosed stone garden and patio area with a table and chairs, where you can sit out and relax with a refreshing glass of wine. Off-road parking is available for two cars.
