We have stayed here a few times now and the barn has everything that you need and is in a great location for exploring the Peak District. Spotlessly clean with great views out of the lounge / kitchen that is on the upper floor and of course it is dog friendly too - what more could you ask for ! We would definitely recommend staying.
Spent a long weekend with friends in this wonderfully appointed barn conversion. Immediately welcoming and with ample off road parking it really was a wonderfully cosy and enjoyable place to stay. A great location for a weekend exploring the Peaks and the Hope Valley there is also a trio of lovely pubs serving great food and ale. I am already planning to stay here again……… if only for the amazing shower which was hugely welcome after a days walking.
We had a fantastic stay at Town End Barn. Great location for visiting Castleton, Edale, Chatsworth, Bakewell and many more attractions. The Barn was spotlessly clean with great views over the hills that surround Bradwell. The village has good amenities - excellent fish and chip shop and bakery, a good size Co Op and 3 pubs. The Barn is dog friendly and is very comfortable for 4 people. We would recommend this to anyone thinking of visiting the area.
This is a beautiful and very well equipped barn conversion. Cosy and big enough for four people. There is everything you need here for a great holiday. The location is perfect for exploring the Peak District . We loved Buxton, Bakewell and Chatsworth. The barn was spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds. Highly recommend this place to stay.
Lovely barn conversion just as described. Close to dog friendly pubs and restaurants and great walks in Bradwell and local area. Close to other lovely villages. Comfy beds, well equipped, imagine will be very warm in winter with central heating and log fire. Lucky to have off street parking too.
Myself, parents and dog stayed here for two nights as a mini break to get away from home and what an amazing find it was. Upon initially finding the barn we thought it may be in the middle of nowhere and were concerned but we were delighted to find that it was set in a nice village with plenty of amenities and lovely friendly locals. The barn itself was very clean, the bedrooms downstairs were cool which was fantastic considering we were there during the heatwave. I loved that everything was labelled too as it made for easier living, the only thing perhaps missing was a hairdryer but during the heat it didn't so much matter. Other than that would happily stay there again, thanks for a great stay!
I booked this property as it sounded good on the description, and looked nice in the pictures and I was not dissapointed. The property is very comfortable and had everything that you need. We did not use the log burner as the weather was hotter than expected, but due to this the opening windows in the roof of the lounge and dining area were very appreciated. The off road parking was a bonus. Very Good base to explore the area.
