Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin, 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room.
A charming home-from-home. Clean, spacious and very close to town centre. Property has everything you need and the garden shower is a real added bonus, as well as Netflix on the tv. Thoroughly recommended for a lovely couples or family break.
Very attractive, well furnished house. Comfortable and very clean. Home from home. Spacious and contemporary. Had a lovely holiday. Fantastic beaches plus St Ives and Padstow not far, and more. Going again this year and no doubt will return again. Also will consider going in the winter as well - very low prices.
This house is located near the top of mount wise on a fairly new built mews just off the main road. It is a 5-10 minutes walk into centre of Newquay. We were all pleased with the standard of the house with modern furniture and nicely decorated. The master bedroom is a good size and there was plenty of room for us to set up our crib for our 5 week old son. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower and sink. There is a bath/shower in the family bathroom and a seperate toilet downstairs (although this was blocked when we arrived ). The kitchen is modern and well equipped. Living room has 2 large sofas so plenty of room for a family of 6. There is Netflix available on the tv. Dog friendly. There is an outside yard with seating and an outside shower for washing off mucky pups! One downside is that it is advertised as parking for 2 cars, but is a tight squeeze to get on the allocated spaces at the front of the house, one ends up blocking the other as there is not a dropped curb on both sides. The other thing that lets this house down a bit is there is a lot of writing even on the furniture eg “do not climb this fence” scrawled in the back yard, lots of warning signs in the bathrooms against flushing wipes down the toilets. We also struggled with the amount of rubbish we needed to dispose of being a full house as there is only a small outside bin and no facilities for recycling. But apart from these minor downsides, would highly recommend, and we would book again.

The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
