The cottage is set all on the ground floor and sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a king-size double and a twin room. There is also a bathroom, a shower room, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside is off road parking for two cars, a lawned garden with a patio and furniture and a shared lawned garden with a barbecue area. Condicote Cottage is a wonderful cottage for a memorable holiday at any time of year.

A charming 19th century barn conversion ideally located in Willicote Pastures, a beautiful development on the outskirts of Clifford Chambers, just 3 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon. Furnished to a very comfortable standard, the cottage provides spacious light and bright accommodation, ideal for a relaxing break in a beautiful part of the country. The hallway has ample space to store walking gear and wellies and from here there is access to a very well-equipped kitchen and a sitting room with dining area which has high ceilings and doors to the rear garden. The two lovely bedrooms enjoy long distance views and the master has a sumptuous king-size bed with a bathroom next door. Outside, relax on the rear patio whilst enjoying the sounds of the countryside or make use of the communal BBQ area on a summer's evening. Clifford Chambers village has an excellent pub serving home-cooked food and real ales which you can visit after discovering of the many lovely walks which lead in all directions. For a splendid day out, Stratford-upon-Avon is just a short drive away and provides something to suit all tastes. Visit the honey-coloured Cotswold towns and villages, Warwick Castle, Cadbury World or one of the many shows at the National Exhibition Centre.
