A beautiful house in a great location! The house is clean has been decorated beautifully, stylish and comfy! Upon our arrival there was a lovely note from the host wishing us a pleasant stay which was such a nice touch! The house is within walking distance to the main town area where we enjoyed some delicious meals! I didn’t want my weekend to end! Thank you x

The House A Tardis of beautifully presented bedrooms, spotless bathrooms and a very comfortable living space. The house was more than I was expecting. The interiors are neutral and so welcoming with the beds made up to a standard a hotel would envy. I was expecting, having an ensuite room, meant I would be subject to a whisper of a bathroom, but a light filled shower room awaited me. I could not have been more pleased! The Location The house is brilliantly located for all of the wonderful sites of Rye. You are never more than 5 minutes walk from anywhere, including a fantastically atmospheric pub (The Ship Inn) which, even on a cold night in February, provided fantastic revelry for our weekend away. We were able to park our car at the property meaning we even went further afield to explore some amazing sites near-by such as Dungeness (has to be seen to be believed). But we didn't want to spend too much time away from Rye itself as its such a gorgeous place. The Hosts Not only were we provided with a welcome pack (including wine!) on arrival we found a brilliant booklet full of ideas and tips for the area. The pack was bang up to date and you can tell throughout the house that the hosts have taken a lot of care in making the house a brilliant haven for guests.

I had a wonderful time staying here with 3 of my friends, the house is lovely and has everything you would need, Karen left us some well needed supplies of wine and biscuits, we couldn't have asked for a better host! Everything in the house was spotless! The location of the house is a stones through from the town and was lovely to explore - you are close to pubs, restaurants, shops, you couldn't get a better located house. I highly recommend having brunch in Hayden's coffee shop and restaurant, it was delicious. I will definitely be returning if they will have me! Thank you so much x

From the outset the owner was friendly and went out of her way to make our stay perfect. The location, right in the centre of rye is fantastic. Days spent on the seaside and in the beautiful countryside of Kent and East Sussex. Nights spent in the beautiful historical town of rye with a 1 minute walk to our beds! Perfect for the Christmas festival. (Don’t miss Marino’s fish and chips 30sec walk up the road! Best I’ve had in years!). The house was immaculate and everything thought of. Thank you; we will be back!

This is a lovely little house, very clean and very comfortable. Close to shops with a great coffee shop a few steps away, plenty of opportunities to eat out and some lovely little pubs close by. There was so much to see and do we will definitely be coming back.

The house was delightful, Rye is delightful, and the countryside around is delightful. If there is self-catering in Heaven, this house is there.
