Lilipad Cottage is situated on the The Bay Holiday Park near to Filey in North Yorkshire. The house sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a double and a twin along with a family bathroom. The rest of the accommodation comprises an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is a private patio and shared use of the park's facilities including an indoor swimming pool, a gym and tennis court, extra costs may be incurred. With so much going on in the area, Lilipad Cottage is perfect for a superb holiday, all year round.

Optional charge for other facilities inc. scuba diving lessons, fishing, bike hire, beauticians, archery etc. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Chemist on-site, small convenience store and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 1 mile. Other additional facilities and activities are available at additional cost, payable on-site. Note: Open lakes in grounds, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Strictly no electric car charging at the property
Location Details
Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday. A fishing town on the North East Coast, Filey has enjoyed a reputation of being a resort since Victorian times, set affront the magnificent Filey Bay, a long stretch of sand. The town itself seems almost caught in a time warp, retaining much of its character with individual shops, narrow paths, and ginnels.
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Lilipad Cottage is a real home from home with everything you could possibly need and lovely little touches to give it a cosy seaside feel. The on site facilities are great (I would highly recommend afternoon tea from Bayside Kitchen) and the beach access is perfect for a stroll onto Filey Bay. We feel so lucky to have had the chance to visit before another national lockdown and would definitely consider coming again when it's over. Thank you Dawn and Stephen for a wonderful stay xxx
This was our first time at Lili pad cottage, but it certainly will not be our last! The cottage is home from home, a beautifully decorated cottage with amazingly comfy beds! Just returned from our 5th stay at Lilipad Cottage and the standards are still excellent. The Owners are constantly looking at ways to make your holiday even better. The cottage is immaculately clean cosy and comfortable...a real home from home. The location is quiet but still close to all facilities. We have stayed in other accommodation at The Bay but this one beats them all... definately 5☆.
Had an absolutely fantastic few days here at very short notice. Cottage is perfect, well equipped & in a lovely quiet location. Our toddler loved it. We've stayed in other properties on the Bay & this has been the best by far. The owner Dawn has been great to deal with, we will definitely book again. Thank you for a great stay x
We stayed at lilipad cottage. It is a beautiful cottage that has the feeling of home from home. Very comfortable & cosy the cottage had everything you need for your holiday. There is plenty to do at The Bay had a meal at the pub which was nice . There is a nice walk along the beach to Filey however the beast from the east didn't allow us to do it this time. We had a fantastic stay here at Lilipad cottage. The cottage was extremely clean, very comfy beds, fantastic location with lots to do nearby. The onsite facilities are great - very family oriented.
