There is also a bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside you have off road parking, a front patio and access to the owners? paddock. Located between the Lake District and the Northern Pennines, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Pea Top Cottage will provide the perfect accommodation for a small family or a group of friends in need of a countryside holiday at any time of year. Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome.

A lovely welcome from Joanne. Very comfortable cottage. Lovely big bed. Well equipped kitchen. Nice wee patio for sitting out on a warm day. Good base for seeing Lakes and nearby towns. Would certainly book again.
