The cottage boasts underfloor heating with the delight of additional heating from the woodburning stove, making this the perfect cottage for a couple who want to snuggle up after a day of exploring. For added convenience there is a cloakroom with a basin and a WC on this ground-floor. Upstairs you will find a large double bedroom with a TV and an en-suite Jacuzzi bath with a hand-held shower attachment, basin and a WC. Outside there is a rear private artificial turf area with an enclosed patio, as well as seating and a barbecue, perfect for a summer evening, while to the front of the property is a secure gated gravel path. Chelmorton has a fascinating historic landscape of 'fossil' arable strips enclosed within drystone walls and the village has a lovely medieval church of St John the Baptist.
