Wow from start to finish everything was perfect. I asked James for some advice as we had two disabled parents with us, he took the time and effort to suggest disabled friendly restaurants and activities which we very much appreciated and it made our stay so much smoother. The accommodation is all on the ground floor with three bedrooms one en suite with a walk in shower and one family bathroom, it suited our elderly parents and there was no problem moving around the flat. The patio area was also accessible and we watched some beautiful sunsets from there. The accommodation was spotless and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The location was excellent with a nearby Tesco, bakery, fish and chips shop, tea room and a delicious Thai truck across the road. The beaches in Newquay are stunning and we found our location central to everywhere we wanted to go in Cornwall. We would definitely stay again and having a helpful and responsive owner gave us peace of mind

This is a fabulous apartment in a great location. It is fully equipped with everything and more - no issues with lack of glasses or crockery which can sometimes be a problem but not here. The location is spot on on the beach and a very short walk into the town centre yet it is quiet and peaceful. The view from the patio at sunset is stunning. James was really quick to answer any questions and very helpful. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Just back from an amazing week at No 2 one lusty glaze apartments, and what a week it was. The accommodation is equipped with everything you could want, and everything is of a very high standard. The views looking over the Atlantic ocean are amazing especially in the morning and evening sat on the patio.James the owner was on hand to answer any questions and too make sure we were safe during these difficult times. The apartment block was very quiet as it contains lots of long term residents who were all very friendly. Overall i would highly recommend this property and give it the maximum ratings.

We booked Saltwater because of its superb ground-floor accommodation which is near both the sea and the town. Sadly, due to circumstances, we had to cancel our stay and were anxious about this. We need not have been because the owner, James, could not have been more sympathetic and helpful.

Have stayed at Saltwater a number of times, so it was great disappointment my family and myself were unable to go because of the Coronavirus and the lockdown, to say we were disappointed is understatement. You know at Saltwater everything is to the highest standard with fixtures, fittings, furniture, linen and appliances, all you would need in the kitchen is there, should you want to stay in and cook, and not take advantage of the many places to eat out. The outside seating is a lovely place to sit at the end of the day to enjoy a drink. We hope to be able to return (Coronavirus allowing) this autum, so we can enjoy the many walks in the area, knowing we will return to lovelywarm apartment with its Underfloor Heating.

We have just had our second family hoilday at SaltWater. We can not recommend this Apartment Highly enough. It is a modern purpose built ground floor apartment, with allocated parking, at a quiet location with wonderful views. The location is perfect with a Tesco Express store a couple of minutes walk away, and it is an easy stroll to Newquay Town Centre. The Apartment is clean and spacious with high specifications including high hotel stand beds and bed linen which is complemented with luxury towels. We have enjoyed our stays so much we have already booked our next visit for 2020 and not hesitate in recommending the Apartment.

Both Sykes Reservation Team and the versatile host (James) gave us best information we could ever think of when renting the lovely Lusty Glaze Apt 2. The introductory videos, parking and appartment related information made us feel as though we were at Lusty Glaze several times and when we actually reached Lusty we felt immediately comfortable. The appartment 2, the garden, the furnitures and the kitchen equipments all are in perfect maintained condition which shows how much James cares about his guests feeling at home. James also knows the importance of spontaneous communication - even during odd hours he would respond to any of our questions. I am hoping to book my next Newquay stay again. I can only recommend to everyone looking for high quality and comfort to stay at Apt 2 Lusty Glaze.
